Summer cottage on a natural plot and close to the water.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. 2 bedrooms - 1) double bed and 2) 2 single beds. In addition: A cozy alcove in the living room with two sleeping places. Super cozy renovated cottage with time for relaxation and wellness with new outdoor spa & lounge area from 2023. Quiet surroundings close to nature, we often see squirrels, hares and roe deer in the field. Beautiful sea views over the bay and fields as far as the eye can see, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the covered terrace. Only 350 yards walk to a beautiful hiking trail in the forest on the edge of the slope to the sea. Furnished with cozy furniture, flea market finds and new mixed. NOTE! New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
