The lease consists of two houses: "Atelieret" and "The Cabin". The studio is a nice bright room of just over 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen with fridge and service for 8 people. There is a dining table, wood-burning stove, small double bed (140), sofa group, TV with chromecast and WiFi. The "cabin" contains a double bed and a bunk (l 170) , and room for a weekend bed on the floor. There is a toilet with sink, hanging wardrobe and a work table with a view. There is a hot water shower outside the cottage behind a guard.

We rent out the ground floor of our house (100 sqm with private entrance) . The apartment has everything you need for a cozy stay. We are located with some of Jutland's most beautiful nature right outside the door as well as a two minute drive to Stilling Badesø which, with its clean water with blue flag, small sandy beach and bathing jetty, is a small Mecca in the summer.

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires.
