Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Tucked away in a very quiet safe location . Your room and courtyard is attached to the garage but private and separate from our home next to it. Only .3 of a mile to the boat ramp, Zolas, Fat Irish, Hwy 101 and Port of Brookings boardwalk. Queen bed, private toilet and shower. Room is 215sq ft, please note the coffee maker, fridge is in the bathroom area, please only book if you’re ok with this. Park right outside your room. Thx

6 adults in our party. Each bed was comfy and there was enough hot water for all 6 of us to shower. We were in and out pretty quick because we were on a moving vacation traveling from San Francisco to Seattle. This was the perfect stop for all of us to stay together. Thanks so much! Exceptional location, and gated access made us feel very secure. The windows were a little hazy, but the view is stunning. A beautiful, well-cultivated walk leads down to an absolutely perfect private-access beach. Linens and towels were fluffy, good quality, and very clean. The whole property was clean and well-appointed. Nice coffee options. There are three parking spots directly in front of the unit, and we always found at least one open, which made for super convenient loading and unloading of luggage. No stairs. The highway is close enough that it was obvious when heavy vehicles went by, but it never bothered us. Didn't hear road noise at night, and the highway proximity just means that town/shops/restaurants are easily accessible. Apart from that little bit of daytime road noise, the property was very quiet and peaceful. Didn't hear any neighbors, and the ones we encountered outside were very nice. I would rent here again.

Scott was a great host. Very quick to respond. Met us at check in to go over everything. Also extended our check out time which was very appreciated. Everything about the place is amazing. Beautiful and clean inside. The way it is designed makes it feel much larger than it is. Has everything you need. The shower is amazing and the bed is super comfortable. The views are incredible and the landscaping and forest around the property are beautiful. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to go back again! Thank you Scott!
