It takes a 15-minute hike on the idyllic natural stairs of the "Swiss Path" Public parking is available in the center of the village. From there, it is a short walk. A backpack is highly recommended and suitcases are not suitable at all. In the mini-shop in the basement you can buy or replace a few durable things (honesty box)

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

Had a lovely stay and felt it was very short, will go back there anytime , will strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to get away from the city and have a quiet time close to beautiful views and a lake. Isabella's place was just amazing for our family of 4 . Can't beat the views and the location. Although it was such a central location, noise was not an issue. if you want a chill evening or if its raining as it did for us one evening , we just stayed in , enjoying the mountains/lake and sipping wine from our balcony !! Totally recommend it and would love to come back here. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Very nice, clean cozy place to stay. It was close to Lucern with a gorgeous view! Thomas was very helpful and had some great traveling tips! He also gave a food pouch for my son, some chocolates which I felt was such a kind gesture! Would love to stay again, if we get a chance to come back!
