Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Dachgeschosswohnung in sicherem Wohnquartier in Zürich Seebach. mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr bist du in rund 20 Minuten am Flughafen oder in der Innenstadt. Zum Hallenstadion kannst du zu Fuss zum Konzert und dein Auto gratis stehen lassen. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, aber einen Garten mit Grillplatz. Achtung: Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne Lift (48 Treppenstufen). Im Moment ist neben dem Haus seine Baustelle, es kann ab 7.00 Uhr zu etwas Baulärm kommen. soare Geld und koche selbst

Staying with Nadine is like staying with friends and full of hospitality. Nadine and her husband give very helpful local recommendations. They are great thoughtful hosts and always ask me if I need anything. During the weekend I stay there, they were out so I get the entire place to myself for the weekend as well. I enjoyed my stay at Nadine's house!

We stayed with Narcisa for a whole week and it was a lovely experience. She is a great host, she gave us lots of recommendations, made conversation with us, and was overall very personable. The location was close to both the tram and the bus which was helpful, and the room came with coffee, tea, a microwave, a fridge, utensils, and she even provided a small backpack and water bottle to have picnics. Everything was great and I would definitely recommend staying with Narcisa if you are visiting Zurich, she is incredibly sweet!

This was one of my favorite Airbnb's I've stayed at - the apartment is in a great location (easily accessible to/from the tram and a quick walk uphill from city center), and Yvonne and Alan were very kind and friendly hosts. Additionally, the bedroom & shared spaces were very clean and comfortable, with the right amount of privacy and independence. I would love to stay at Yvonne's again on a return visit to Zurich in the future. Thank you!
