Monthly Rentals in Zürich

Great location. We had a bit trouble with heating so the house was a bit hot and the AC kind of makes it hotter. We had to sleep with windows opened the whole night. We booked for three but when we arrived the third bed which was the sofa bed wasn’t ready. We had to ask them to come over to fix it

Overall, the building itself was very clean and well designed. The building had great amenities. However, the location was less than ideal largely due to the amount of construction occurring in the immediate neighborhood. Also, the building does not have AC so you will need to keep your windows open to cool the apartment - which is not optimal with the loud construction. Finally, the laundry machine available on site was great - however it was pay per use.

Always good to stay with Numa!

Great space, roomy, great responses from host. Spiral staircases might seem daunting, but the elevator can be used to carry luggage to the floor with bedrooms.
