Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Zubovići

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few meters to the first "beach", and some nicer coves are within a 10-minute walk. The communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately defective - but a replacement would have been organized if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at a different time of the year😊

Marijana is a warm and friendly host. The place was very clean, the location just fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

A great vacation in Privlaka – absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time at this cottage in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the wonderful pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. In the surrounding area, everything you need for a successful vacation was available: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming towns in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the House of Salt. A fantastic location by the sea, spacious surroundings and very helpful and friendly hosts. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to it today. Warm regards, t&c

Fantastic location, clean place, lovely hosts! Absolutely recommended.

Great place, place, beach by the apartment, apartment location. The only problem was with the neighbors above us, who unfortunately couldn't keep the quiet hours, and so 2 nights were intermittent sleep. On the other hand, the nightlife to this city probably currently belongs :-)

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt at home and definitely want to come back. Our highlights were the pool with the pool toy, the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, the dining table and the hanging chair outside.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Very nice stay at Vanja's, we loved the accommodation, the pool and the surroundings! Vanja was so kind and very attentive. There was a festival on the weekend of our stay so several were making noise until late at night, but it's not like that all the time, it's a very quiet area ◡otherwise

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We had a great time at the place - everything was perfect and as shown in the pictures and description. Super modern, tastefully furnished and the house has everything you need. Mirjana was always available and very flexible at check-in and check-out, just great. Thank you again for everything!

Sanja’s beautiful cottage is like little Oasis. Private, with fully fenced garden, terrace, swimming pool and the house itself is just a gem. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and we enjoyed every minute. Zadar, Split and Krka Nature Park are easy to reach by car. If you are looking for a stay in the area - this is the place! 💎

Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. Ana Anita proved to be a great host! The house is beautiful, in a beautiful quiet place. We were with two kids, we just came when there was snow and the kids enjoyed it and we didn't have to worry about their safety in the neighborhood! The second day when he was attacking fresh snow, the same day the road to the road was cleared and we didn't have any problems. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and we had everything we needed there. Ana Anita was always immediately available and accessible for everything. We definitely recommend a place to stay and plan to come back in the spring or summer. 🙂 And thanks for the little things that greeted us. 🙂

Completely happy! I stayed with my dogs for a week in this beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay. Wonderfully quiet in the middle of nature and great views of the sea and the island of Cres. Except for birdsong and occasional bells ringing from sheep nearby, absolute silence. For us, it was a wonderful and relaxing vacation and we hope to have the opportunity to visit this fantastically beautiful and peaceful place again soon. Kind regards to Marino.

We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away, the location was amazing. Everything in very good condition and equipped very well - from knives to dishwasher tabs to bandaids, we didn’t miss a thing. We especially enjoyed our terrace with the olive tree in the center and the ocean not farther than 5 meters away. Morning swims, breakfast with ocean view, sunbathing, mali and veli can be reached by foot,… we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank mario again for the amazing service 🙌🏼

The stay at Zeljko's was really very nice! The little house is wonderfully located and you have everything you need (even a Nespresso coffee machine and a hairdryer are available)! The view is breathtaking and barbecuing on the balcony is a great experience! Our dog also felt very comfortable thanks to the fenced garden. The small path to the beach is also easily accessible and can be reached in just 5 minutes. Finally, the cellular network also worked perfectly! A very great place to stay! We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay and Nikolina was very friendly and helpful.

The place looked great in the pictures and our expectations were absolutely met. The apartment was cozy and wonderfully clean. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs, we ate there almost every evening at sunset. The absolute highlight was of course the private beach section, where we didn't miss anything. Many thanks to the hosts who were always friendly and helpful. We felt right at home!

Marijan's mom lives right next to the place, so if you need help with anything, you can reach out to her right away. Our stay went perfectly, the apartment has everything you need. It was colder in the apartment in October, but we were counting on it.
