Vacation rentals with beach access in Zrće Beach

I totally recommend the place, everything was 100% clean, clean towels and linens were changed regularly. In the apartment you will find anything you need for your life, even the baking supplies. Below the apartment there is a beach a few minutes walk, there are wonderful beaches nearby (also suitable for babies) a few minutes by car. There are two restaurants in the place. Immediately opposite is a bakery and a bit next to a grocery. You will not regret this accommodation.

Very communicative and lovely host. She gave nice recommendations en we had great contact. We enjoyed the swimming and our own entrance to the sea a lot! Definitely go to Beach Jadra down the road if you stay here. It's very beautiful and close to the house. You can park there and enjoy a day at the beach. Bring some pillows because of the rocks ;). We enjoyed the apartment very much! Ivan and his family are very warm and nice and are always there if you need anything. The location is very convenient, you can reach everything on foot. We definitely recommend the apartment. You have everything you need 🤩🤗

Kristina is a perfect hostess and manages to make you feel welcome and immediately comfortable. She is helpful and has good tips for activities. The garden and beach are beautiful and the place is cozy and appealing and equipped with all the necessary things. The beds are very comfortable. It was a wonderful, restful and relaxing stay, I absolutely recommend Kristina's apartments!!!

The place looked great in the pictures and our expectations were absolutely met. The apartment was cozy and wonderfully clean. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs, we ate there almost every evening at sunset. The absolute highlight was of course the private beach section, where we didn't miss anything. Many thanks to the hosts who were always friendly and helpful. We felt right at home!

Great location, beach is 1 min away, beautiful big terrace, quiet with an amazing view. For this pre-season period this choice was excellent. Marija is a great host, she was very responsive and catered our every need. Beds were comfortable, we had good choice of appliances (microwave, water heating kettle, oven, gas and electricity stove) and there is a big fridge. Parking is big and accessible. Wi-fi works ok.

We felt completely comfortable. Everything was as described. Beautiful, quiet surroundings, a great house and a great, very friendly and always helpful hostess.

Our family enjoyed our visit to Pag Island. Beata's place was very modern and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the proximity of activities in the town of Pag but peacefulness of the location away from town.

The house was simply mega class, you enjoy the tranquility and the sea is less than 100 meters away. We felt very comfortable in the house and the decor was great and we had the beach and the sea all to ourselves. Definitely a recommendation if you want a nice quiet holiday but also want to be in the city (Novalja 5 minutes away). Last but not least, Berislav and his father were totally sweet and you can just notice the attention to detail in the house and also the property. We would rent this place again anytime!!!!

Best sea house we ever visited. If you like quiet and peaceful place, this is the best you can find. There is nice terrace hidden in shadow of trees. We were there in early june and everything was very green. We were there with children and they loved it. House is nice and clean, hosts are very nice and helpful.

Everything is very high, the apartment is as decorated as I like, spacious, without unnecessary things, closets where all the clothes can fit and do not need to be kept in suitcases, a large terrace where we had breakfast and a VERY comfortable mattress. A quiet place, and 10 minutes further a bustling center. We think it was a great stay at Ingo's place. Thank you again for the opportunity to spend your vacation in your apartment

Very nice apartment and close to the village with a beautiful view

Comucative, welcoming host. The apartment was clean, the amenities matched the description and photos. Vesna allowed us to check in earlier than stated on the itinerary after communication. She personally greeted us, guided us through the accommodation. She surprised us with snacks in the fridge and fresh scones. Very caring and helpful throughout the stay. An apartment in a location for people who are looking for a quiet vacation. Pebble beaches with beautiful clear water about 10-15 minutes on foot. Again, the day before we left, she surprised us with freshly baked fruit cake. She was aware of the check out time and due to the early morning check out she said goodbye to us and accompanied us safe travels and return home. Satisfied with location, weather and beaches.

I can say that this is one of the best places I found on airbnb and other platforms, very clean and with all kinds of comforts that are often missing. The things that have left us amazed are the great efficiency of the air conditioning that is already enough for the whole house, but still in the bedroom there is a ceiling fan. Then there is a dishwasher and a washing machine, hard to find. Impeccable check-in/out, I can't find a downside in this place, recommended for guys who want to have fun on pay and around, but also for families.

Beautiful, clean, tasteful, and well-equipped beachfront accommodation. Quiet location. Private beach, but designed for multiple apartments. It was pretty crowded for our dates. At times, we had trouble finding between all the private sun loungers, which no one was on for most of the day anyway, a place to lie down. The apartment was really nice and very well equipped!

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.
