Immaculate place! We chose this location as a central base for many day trips in the region (Rovinj, Motovun, Pula, Ljubljana, Trieste) and it was perfect! Would highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay on Lovran. The location is very well close to a small bay for swimming. The center is just a few minutes walk from the property. It has also been very quiet and on the terrace you can relax well. The A/C also greatly facilitates the stay, because without it we would probably have melted in the hot weather. Due to the A/C, it does not get too hot in the rooms even at night. The host was also very friendly and open-minded. She was also always open to various questions. All in all just to recommend!

What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation with dog(s) Large, super beautiful, fenced property – ideal for travelers with dogs. The place is super well equipped, has everything you need for a vacation and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need is within 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also a lot for children – playground, large pool, kicker, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he quickly came by and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we could even check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks – very generous. He also brought cake again later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and a bit remote, the access via the mountains a bit curvy – but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

When we arrived there was water and homemade syrup fresh. Easter eggs on the small table and fresh fruit on the large table. We felt completely at home. Everything in the house is more than sufficient and is very neat. We have been able to enjoy Gordana's cooking skills several times. The location is excellent for day trips to the plitvice lakes, Slovenia and Venice and of course the beautiful coast of Croatia. The village is very quiet and all friendly and helpful people. We will definitely come back!
