Nice bright apartment. Check-in is quick as contactless. There is a 24-hour supermarket in the house. New building house, sometimes repair noise can be heard. The only thing that caused the inconvenience was a small towel rack. For family and after the beach, it is impossible to dry things. It's nice to have dishes, two air conditioners.

A modern bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a showerhead. A compact washing machine is positioned next to the shower, and a toilet is situated nearby. Neutral tiles create a cohesive look, with darker accent tiles adding dimension to the design.

Wonderful apartment! Very cozy. Everything is clean, new, beautiful. The balcony has a great view of the city, in the evening you will especially appreciate it. Sergei is a friendly and tactful person, it was extremely easy and comfortable to interact! Of the disadvantages - the noise of the road, if you sleep with the window open. But you can also use the air conditioner. In fact, only the greatest impressions!

Very friendly,bright people, the territory is beautifully decorated, the sea is close by hand, everything you need is there. The atmosphere is wonderful,especially in the evenings. A gorgeous poodle as a bonus, I have ironed and the mood has already risen :)

We stayed with Elena and Zhenya for a week – a magnificent place and a beautiful sea with a semi-desert beach. It turned out to be a secluded retreat given that we arrived in late August and early September. Everything is clean and tidy, judging by the room and toilets in a separate room. Also, the hosts can eat relatively inexpensive and very tasty (Zhenya himself prepares something unusual with the wishes of the guests – unfortunately, we realized this in the second half of the vacation, after talking to the neighbors, before that we had lunch in the "Raduga" (a pension on the beach on the left side of the house, if you go to the beach) – but the prices there are more expensive, and the food is standard, as in the dining room). On the right side of the house,if you walk for 15 minutes, you can come to Solnechnoye - there is a market, cafes, water attractions - in general, there is a place to go. The atmosphere of the hosts is conducive to communication - we became friends with the neighbors and made a barbecue together, and we also liked the boy Valera, very neat, well-behaved and always ready to help, clean, suggest – he helps the hosts on the property, so feel free to thank him, he will try even more for you. Thank you very much,Elena, Zhenya and Valera, for the warm welcome, we wish you good luck in the future!)
