The hostess allowed to check into the apartment at 6:30 in the morning, which is much earlier than expected. The apartment has everything: a washer, dryer, hairdryer, iron, iron, even a Turk We were also allowed to live with a dog, which was very important for us Nice residential complex, 15 minutes walk to Arcadia beach, various establishments and shops on the territory, as well as a large supermarket. Definitely recommend it

I love this place! Panoramic windows on the 20th floor offer stunning views of the sea and the city. This is the case when you don't want to leave it. The apartment is stylish, clean and equipped with everything you might need (and even more). Very comfortable bed. The location is super: a residential complex under 24/7 security, a few minutes' walk to the beach, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants for every taste. It is convenient that there is parking in case of emergency. For a few days, we used the rental. Communication with Tetiana is a special pleasure. She is always in touch, responds instantly and willingly meets in any issues. Only warm and positive impressions! I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back here again during my next trip to Odessa. Thank you❤️❤️❤️

One of the best apartments I've visited so far and the best of those I rented in Odessa. Photos are 100% correct. Very bright and clean apartments with kitchen equipped with lots of various utensils and accessories for convenient cooking. My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Thank you for the opportunity to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not leaving the city. Very nice hosts, comfortable home, convenient location, modern renovation. There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.

Nice place, nice view, a short walk from Arkadia, a closeby store and a closeby nice restaurant to eat breakfast at... I truely loved it !

The host was friendly and was in touch by phone. He let check out later. The house keeper showed everything, was on call and quickly delivered all the things we asked for. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable. The electricity was all the time, the wifi and air conditioning were working. There is a large nice terrace with armchairs, tables and a view of the sea where you can work or eat. The place is peaceful. Beautiful Southern Black Sea beaches are close by. You can catch cheap bolt taxis (they're more likely to go north towards the center. It can be that when going south you will have to wait). You can also get around by cheap public transport (we didn't use it, so I won't say it). There are interesting military facilities in the park nearby. Best regards, I recommend.

I really liked it! Friendly hosts, always in touch! Quiet and beautiful place, the house fully corresponds to the photos . Very close ( 5 min walk) clean sea and wild beach. The house has everything you need for a good time. Comfortable mattresses, nice and expensive furniture. Nice appliances, clean pool! High-quality grill area ! While the lights are turned off, the communication is not working, which causes some inconvenience. But there is a powerful generator on the property for a separate payment. Due to the fact that there is almost no one on the territory, the generator is turned on only for you , it turns out (+ -800-1000 UAH hour) If you want to work around the pool, even with the lights on, the wifi is missing. But everything works well inside the house! This is not a minus , but the realities of our time. Everyone was happy with the rest! We will definitely come again!

By far the best hosts we met so far!! Such a warm welcome, so nice, friendly, helpful and caring people. It was the best decision to stay here. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, peaceful place. The house is very very clean, tasteful and authentic as well as convenient. All you wish for is provided. The beach is located just down the street. There is a big garden, a playground for kids and an open air barbecue area, where you can enjoy all your meals. The hosts even treated us with fruits from their garden. Thank you so much for all your love and the memories we made here. Hope to be back one day❤

An incredible place to relax! The apartment is designed in a stylish Greek style — every detail is thought out with love. The windows have a breathtaking view of the sea, and we were lucky enough to meet the dawn just from the terrace — an unforgettable moment. I especially liked the large bathtub — the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking. The comfortable bed, quiet and privacy created a feeling of complete peace. An ideal place to reboot 🧘

We liked it! In reality, it's better than in the photos. It's clean and cozy, all the basics you need. There is access to the underground parking, which is relevant today not only for cars.
