The apartment have an amazing panoramic view to the park, in here you will find always clean and nice atmosphere. Inside we have all the acomodation for you staying, wash machine, fridge, clima, TV,bed lengery, towels, as well all what you need for cooking. The flat is located in the central part of the city, near Kaufland, Shoping Malldova,direct public transport to the aeroport.

In my opinion, Sergey’s apartment is located in the best area of the city! On one side, you have two beautiful, large parks with lakes; on the other, the vibrant city center with all its charm. The apartment's design is truly impressive, and the cleanliness, comfort, and view from the window are incredibly inspiring. Everything is convenient, stylish, and top-notch. I can’t wait to return to this apartment!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this apartment, and a big part of that was thanks to Ecaterina. She's not just a host who hands over the keys and disappears — she genuinely cares. She responded to every message with warmth and attention, offered helpful advice, and made me feel supported throughout my stay. You can really feel the kindness and care she puts into hosting. Unfortunately, I’ve had other Airbnb stays where things didn’t work properly and the host wouldn’t even reply — but Ecaterina is the exact opposite. She was present, attentive, and kind from the beginning to the end. Honestly, this apartment is worth booking just to experience what it feels like to be hosted by someone like her. So far, she’s the best host I’ve met on Airbnb. Highly recommended.

excellent central location, many buses nearby to get to various parts of the city. Very helpful host, responds immediately, arrived in a few minutes even when I wrote to him at two in the morning because I was out of the house. Comfortable and comfortable apartment. The kitchen has little equipment, but having read it in various reviews, I brought what they thought I could use, and I asked the host for the rest. Supermarket right below the house.

He had a friendly demeanor that didn't cause problems even in minor setbacks. The apartment was better than the description, incredibly clean, cozy, comfortable. Everything was perfect. We absolutely loved staying at Victor’s place. Modern furniture and plenty of space. Covered garage very useful, so you don’t leave your car in the street. Spotless and very clean house. Just 10 minutes walk from the mall and the garden. Perfect location if you’d like to explore the city. Victor was very friendly and available when needed. We would definitely come back.
