Debra was an extremely attentive host, adding personalized touches that made our stay comfortable and special. She is accessible as needed, but in no way intrusive. The house is well-appointed, comfortable, and spacious. We each found what we were looking for to relax, while sharing family time together too. We particularly loved the outdoor porch! I would highly recommend Debra as a host!

Great place to stay has plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. Beds comfortable 4 showers with towels, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Not far to travel for disney and universal studios. Was perfect for us.

Comfortable bed, good wifi speed, garage availability. Very responsive host, who followed up quickly on the only real issue we had [TV connection problem]. The property was clean and functional, but is showing signs of age - host was made aware of some small problems that need attention. Still, recommended if the location in West Covina works for you.

The house was clean, the cleaning was good, and the bottle of wine I received as a gift made my trip enjoyable. I felt refreshed and good during my 4-day stay at the accommodation. The surrounding environment is clean and quiet, and it seems to be a very good place to rest. The host is detailed There was no inconvenience because of the guidance. With a quick response It was convenient to get an answer. I sat down and rested comfortably on the backyard lawn. I was curious and worried because there were no reviews for this accommodation since it was newly started, but I felt good because all the interior decorations and accessories, such as kitchen utensils and bed covers, were set up with new ones. I think it's a place I'd like to visit again if I get a chance next time.

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything you need and more. Kim was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with throughout our visit, which made everything smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her going above and beyond—after we accidentally left a sweatshirt behind, she mailed it back to us without hesitation. That extra thoughtfulness really meant a lot. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Sonny and Teengting's home! We really appreciated the good communication and instructions ahead of time, and their willingness to accommodate us when we had to change our dates last minute and requested to check-in a little early. There is plenty of space to spread out and the game room in the garage is a fun added bonus our kids loved. There are also plenty of extras in the home including toys and games (we loved playing ping pong!) The kitchen is well stocked with all the items we needed for making meals. The location is in a quaint neighborhood and very convenient to stores and restaurants with easy access to I-5 and a quick trip to Disneyland (about 10-15 minutes) and the beach (about 20-25 minutes). Only downside were the neighbors could be a little loud, but it wasn't too disturbing and not the fault of the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at Sonny and Teengting's and would recommend it!

Ruby was awesome and very helpful. This property is excellent. The property was clean and nicely decorated. She has everything you could need when away from home. The view from the property is incredible! Excellent price for this high quality property. if you are visiting the Anaheim area, this is the perfect property.

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

We really enjoyed our stay, although we ended up ubering to Disneyland because it wasn’t quite as walkable as we had hoped. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We did get cold at night and there wasn’t enough extra blankets, but maybe they were stored somewhere else that we couldn’t locate. It was really clean and perfect for our Disneyland trip! We were too busy to use the pool but it was a short walk from the unit.

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

Overall, I had a good stay. I like the security of the building, it’s also centrally located. The Garage was definitely a plus because parking in Long Beach can be very difficult. It was big enough to fit my Tesla model X so it was a decent size. The space looks like the photos. I had a little trouble with the cable, but I was able to watch Netflix so it worked out. I just wish it was pet friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spacious and comfortable and immaculate. High quality appliances and basically everything in the house was top notch. Very close to the shops and restaurants. The village couldn’t be cuter. Would 100% recommend!

Joseph and Lisa were very responsive and kind! Their home accurately represented the photos and listing. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony for the sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were in pristine condition. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and the complimentary welcome snacks and coffee machine. We will be back! :)

Such a beautiful home. Celebrated my moms 60th birthday at the beach and got to relax and unwind in the balcony & in the cozy living room. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. We look forward to visiting again!

House was as expected. The host was extremely accommodating for our big group. Checkin was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was that WiFi didn’t work well in downstairs master. Other than that, this house was everything we needed and more. Irene was fantastic! I wish all hosts were like her.

The place itself was charming and well-kept, with the highlight being our own private pool and jacuzzi – such a treat! The ambience is fantastic, with a serene countryside design that blends beautifully with nature. A gentle breeze flows through the property, and we even spotted some small animals from time to time, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We actually ended up changing our travel plans just to spend more time here – that’s how much we enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway, this place is perfect. All three bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked with dishes and silverware. There was a faint aroma in the home as if perhaps the previous guests cooked something. Other than that, Jennie’s space suited us very well!

Min’s place was perfect for our group! The rooms were large and each had their own washrooms. The place was close to everything and it was easy to get around! Would definitely recommend to anyone else
