Built in 1895, this four room cottage has been lovingly renovated as a private guest wing of a larger property. This cosy cottage is close to everything, making it easy to plan your trip, wander the shops, galleries, the river trails and sites of Yass Valley or Canberra. If you love live music, local wine, whisky or gin, this is a great valley to explore. For fishing, bring your gear or boat for the river, the dam or a nearby lake. The Loft@Weereewaa offers amazing views in all directions of Weereewaa- (Lake George). Behind is a bushy escarpment so a perfect base for walking, biking, exploring or to just relax +watch the colours change. We celebrate four seasons & the interior provides comfort no matter the weather! You'll see plenty of Aussie wildlife too. Cozy, self-contained container unit

This unit is small with little space for suitcases but has all you need for a short stopover. Containing a small bathroom, bed, mini fridge, microwave, TV, heating, and cooling for comfort and parking space out front for your stay. This unit is part of a multi unit dwelling, and the second of which is available on Airbnb. Whilst there are no pets in the unit, the complex does have pet friendly residences, so you may encounter the occasional bark when wandering to and from your unit.

Separate, Comfortable, Functional, Stargazing.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

Come and enjoy a country escape whilst still only being 15 minutes from Canberra. Our cosy cottage is located in the picturesque countryside, it is fully self contained with reverse cycle air conditioning and all necessary appliances. We are children and pet friendly and have a totally enclosed backyard and patio space for dogs. We run a small hobby farm of 15 chickens, 2 miniature goats, 2 horses and a very friendly dog. We are happy to arrange a meet and greet for guests.

The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years.
