Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yarm

The cottage was absolutely lovely, cosy and welcoming, everything you needed, home from home. I wanted to get away from it all and this property certainly provided me with a great location to explore the coast, lovely walks with my dog and was so quiet, it was heaven. If you want to hear real stillness and nature at its best, this is the place for you. The Bed was really comfy with good showering facilities, couldn’t fault it. Simon and Jo very helpful and friendly, introduced themselves to me. I will be back soon. I was just wondering if What three words would help re location as I did struggle with locating the property. Stayed here for a night with some friends for a birthday get together.. we all had a fab time and couldn’t believe how amazing the place was inside, even more amazing in person than the pictures! So much detail and space, almost feels magical I don’t think you could have the same experience in a regular hotel or home. So much effort has been made to make the place enjoyable and comfortable. Couldn’t thank Jennifer and Brian enough for welcoming us and being so friendly and helpful, overall great experience we had a fab time! We will be back Thankyou again xxx

Lovely modern apartment with good facilities. Comfy beds and nice to have 2 bathrooms. We found the walk into town a bit too much so used taxis which were very reasonably priced. Ate at Little Sicily one night, following a review seen on Airbnb. Good food, very reasonable. Ate at Uno Momento in town also, which we highly recommend. Thank you for the wine that greeted us upon arrival!

Lovely cosy apartment within easy walking distance from the city but in a quiet neighbourhood. Stayed for a couple of nights while visiting the Uni and it was perfect for what we needed. Comfy beds, good showers and everything we needed in the kitchen. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay in the centre of Bedale. Flat had everything we needed and was cosy. Parking was free on the car park. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Pauline was a very helpful host and we enjoyed our weekend.

Noelle's place has lots of room, is very comfortable and has everything you need. Really feels like a home from home. It has been very thoughtfully organized. We were there for a week and had a great time, couldn't fault it. Noelle left very clear and comprehensive info on the house and area and was very prompt and pleasant in her communications. Thanks very much Noelle, highly, highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect would be a fair description of this property. Beautiful surroundings and Jane, the host, has thought of everything you could possibly need. Very clean and comfortable beds. This property has the most enormous living room so lots of space to enjoy. There is lovely pond with water lilies- charming. On walking around the property when we arrived my partner remarked “I’d buy this place-it’s lovely”!!!

Absolutely gorgeous house in a beautiful location. Everything was spotless. Angela was a brilliant host, and left lots of extra finishing touches to make our stay 10/10. We will definitely stay here again, and would recommend in a heartbeat.

Lovely place and was clean+smelt nice upon entering, hosts were fast at replying and attended to all questions asked. The stairs are a little crazy and definitely different but made staying there funnier - only thing I would say that was a negative about the whole thing was the wobbly stair railing but besides from that a nice quiet area with a cosy hot tub. Thanks guys!

lovely stay at Steven's house. Unfortunately my trip was cut short due to work. The house is lovely and clean and decorated to a high standard. steven was a very helpful host and I shall be booking here again hopefully for the next time I'm working in Middlesbrough.

We stayed here for one night when visiting Durham - it was perfect. From the moment we stepped foot through the front door, it felt like home. The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. If visiting the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Beautiful place right near a huge park which was perfect for the kids. Property was spacious, clean and well thought out with everything we needed.

Was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the area was and only 5 minutes walk to a little shop. Matthew was a great host and very helpful. The house was roomy and everything you could need was provided, lovely white fluffy towels were an unexpected bonus and appreciated. The hosts have really thought about their guests and have done their best for a very reasonable cost to make a pleasant stay.

From the moment we arrived Barry and Sue went out of their way to make us feel at home and aware of all that Richmond and its locality had to offer. The apartment was meticulously clean, so well furnished and comfortable and everything we would want for using the equipment and services as well as local guide books etc. the location was brilliant for a stay in Richmond which itself was a surprise and really enjoyable. Highly recommended.

A lovely stay in this amazing little bolthole in beautiful, characterful Yorkshire. The value for money is, quite frankly, ridiculously good. Anthony is very friendly, helpful and welcoming and we got the impression that both he and Jane really do care about their guests. Small extras like a crockpot, an air fryer and coffee machine are all so useful and make the place feel like a home -from-home. Having a washer & dryer makes everything so easy too - and surprised us for the low price! Everything is very clean too! Parking was easy with the permit and we felt like everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Area is handy for tourists too - Whitby is 30 mins drive away, Robin Hood’s Bay at around 40 mins abc Scarborough at 60 mins. Thank you so much, Anthony and Jane, we’ll be back!

Sara's place is a nice place to stay very handy for town and funicular down to or up from pier and front.Saltburn is a quaint place to stay for a few days,a number of nice places to eat and drink.

This is my second time staying at Grahams apartment as I find it spotlessly clean, homely and great value. Graham puts 100% into making his guests feel welcome. Thanks Graham for another great stay

Great location, good base for exploring area, trains, buses etc. Flat had all I needed, wanted for nothing, comfortable, warm. Overall peaceful but near lots of pubs, bar, market etc

The apartment was a perfect place to stay to go to a local wedding and also to discover the surrounding areas. It was very clean, well equipped and homely. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and we would definitely return there if we were in the area again. There are quite a few steps up to the two floors which didn't bother us but some people may find them difficult. Communication was great with lots of local suggestions and recommendations. Directions and instructions about the apartment were great Check in and check out was very easy. There was no downside to the apartment but unfortunately the recommended pub across the road was rather disappointing. The young barmaid was more interested in her phone and talking to a young male customer than serving drinks. A large red transit van was parked in our reserved parking space one evening but we just parked in an unmarked space overnight instead, so it wasn't a problem. We had a lovely meal at the Fox Hole in Priestbridge.
