John and Nicky’s place was fantastic! The location was great - only a short 1-minute walk to the beach. The bunk bedroom on the ground floor was perfect to use as a kid's play/sleep room. John and Nicky were so lovely and very responsive and accommodating to our needs with portacots and highchairs etc. Highly recommend! Thank you John and Nicky :)

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The property was spotless, beautifully styled, and exactly as described – if not better! The attention to detail was outstanding, from the cozy linens to the thoughtful local recommendations. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions that made everything stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes from great cafes and attractions. We especially loved the quick and easy walk to caves house for lunch and dinner and the absolute amazing view. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway. Five stars all the way!

We had a lovely stay. House clean and spotless and well decorated. Loved the high ceilings and very thankful for the heater during the cold weather. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at 'The Studio'. A perfect location for a couple of coastal walks along the Cape-2-Cape walking trail. A 10 minute walk from Caves House and just a 10 minute drive into Dunsborough. Best of all - fantastic ocean views. We'll be back. Thankyou.
