The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. Welcome to Tangermünde. The vacation rental is located in a vacation home with 2 other vacation rentals. The old town of Tangermünde with all its sights, cafes, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' walk away (about 400 m). In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.

The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
