Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Great place to stay right in the middle of lots of things to do. I will say the one thing not communicated in the listing is that the bathroom is Jack and Jill style and connect the 2 rooms together. But the place is great, in a safe area, had many pools, the beach is close, and is well worth the price.

This was a great place to stay, within walking distance of the beach and places to eat. The host was very responsive and provided excellent instructions for our arrival, and was flexible when we decided to bring a few young family members for their first beach trip. Very clean and comfortable!

This was our first time doing an Airbnb and our first time staying at Navarre……. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to call home for the week. Close enough to the fun, far enough away to be peaceful. Home was spotless and very modern. Check in was super simple and the host answered all of our first timer questions quickly and to the point!!! Hope they have us back! ♥️

Beautiful house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is delightfully decorated and has everything you need for a family vacation. Charlie is friendly in his communication and very proactive. Would definitely recommend!

The house was great! We had a group of ten, 4 adults and 6 kids. It was spacious, we didn't feel crowded at all. The kids lived in the pool anytime we were at the house. Having a grill made it easy to cook for a large crowd. There were no hidden fees, everything was included! We were close to all of the Florida fun. I would book this house again!

Elaine’s place is by far one of the best I’ve stayed at, it was exactly what my family and I were looking for. We came to town for a wedding and want a quiet place. I would recommend this place 100 times over. Thanks Elaine for the hospitality.

Our moms-night-away-from-home, trip was wonderful! We absolutely enjoyed the private pool. The house was very clean, and well kept. There was a mix up with check in time, but Jeremy was more than accommodating and responsive through the situation. If we choose this area again, we’d in a heartbeat choose this home. Nichole’s home is beautiful, clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with the neighbor next door, he was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. We spent so much time on the deck enjoying the beautiful view, I have hundreds of pics! Beds were super comfortable and we slept so well without any outside noise. Nichole was a gracious host, we would love to stay at her place again!

The place is cute and tidy. It has a pet smell, but that is to be expected in a place that takes pets. It has a small room that is convenient for pets. The beds are super comfortable! We had all that we needed and we were very comfortable.

We loved our stay at the Traveling Mermaid. The house and property were amazing. The outside living space, pool and view were better than described. The house is beautifully decorated with and very comfortable. Paintings through the house gives its a fun, eclectic feel. My son enjoyed paddle boarding and our dogs loved exploring the backyard. Shelley and Dahl were very responsive when we had any questions. We have been visiting the area for 15 years and this is one of our favorite rentals.

This was a last-minute, unplanned trip to be with family after my uncle made the difficult decision to stop chemotherapy. I’m so grateful for how accommodating and responsive the host was during such an emotional time. The location was excellent—convenient, peaceful, and just what we needed. The host went above and beyond to make the booking process smooth, even on short notice. I truly appreciate the kindness and flexibility, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping make a hard time a little easier.

Great beachfront condo! Loved the view! Plenty of room for a family of 4!

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

My husband and I stayed at Clint's condo. It was clean and comfortable, just as described The pool was perfect and the location of the condo was great. Easy to walk or drive anywhere. Clint was so attentive to our needs and checked on us to make sure everything was fine.

Florin was responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was very easy, the unit was beautiful, and the location was perfect for being close to everything we needed!

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

Sad we only got to stay for a couple of nights, but a perfect location for our little vacation. Being able to walk to the beach and being close to anything you could need. And only 20 minutes from the Destin strip, was great. Any questions I had, Nickie responded quickly. It was a perfect weekend.
