We had a great week in Teresa’s townhouse. Everything was as described and looked just like the pictures. We didn’t have any issues while there. Would definitely stay here again.

This location is 10 out of 10! The host was quick to communicate and directions were detailed and easy to follow!

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

This stay Definitely felt like home away from home. Ainslie was sweet, very informative, and quick to respond to any concerns i had dealing with our visit!

Loved our stay! It was our first time to the area and it was just as we’d hoped! The location could not have been more perfect… close to the pool and the Big Chill! Our kids rode the bikes out every night and met tons of other kids- we felt really safe letting them ride around! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The downstairs living room furniture was very comfortable- we all took turns falling asleep on it 😆 The bikes and beach toys were definitely a bonus!

We had so much fun on our family vacation here! It was amazing being right across from the Big Chill. Kids had so much fun! We used the golf cart to visit Seaside and a couple of the nearby public beaches and loved that option- plus having the umbrella, tent, and beach toys ready for us was priceless. Alys Beach and Rosemary are a close drive but don’t allow golf carts. Great location to explore though! We’ll be back! The house was clean and beautiful. Honestly better than the photos. We were impressed the second we walked in! Communication and check-in was easy too. 10/10 recommend!

Lou was one of the best hosts I've ever had when booking vacations on this app. He was very responsive, attentive, and always helpful with answering questions. i will be booking with him again for sure. It was a great experience, and my family had a great time. The property is exactly how it is pictured, a 5 minute walk to the beach too! Can't beat it!

This was a great location with quick access to everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to stay in and prepare food when we wanted to.

You can’t get any closer to the beach. We loved having our own private walk way to the beach. It was nice when you need a quick bathroom break, lunch, or a storm hits to run back to the condo. The entire place was squeaky clean. Everything you need during your stay is provided. Super close to the boardwalk, and Gulfarium. Short 15 min drive to Destin if you want to head that way. We loved how the area wasn’t as congested as Destin and still close to everything. Jill was very responsive the entire time and we would definitely recommend staying here.

This was wonderful! I stayed here with my four year old and another mom and her son. Everything seemed very new and there was hardly anyone on the beach. The deck was fantastic and there were plenty of linens. The kitchen was also stocked very well. Beach and water were absolutely gorgeous. The area was quiet. Bonus points were the ping pong table and airhockey downstairs. The kids loved it. Thanks again!

The house was perfect for our family. Loved the layout of the house !! Everyone had their private space and then all come together in the big living room, open kitchen!! Super clean , smelled great !! The bathrooms were very large!! Bedrooms were also large with plenty of room !! The closets did have extra things you might need!! There were lots of beach floats, chairs , toys for fun in the sun! The super host moment was our name on the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that gets set up fresh every morning for you!’ Over all I’m for sure coming Back!! Thank you for hosting us!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—just the right distance from the beach, especially with three teenage girls in tow! 😄 Every thoughtful touch made our trip so easy and enjoyable. Great place, very clean. Location is good. Not far from Destin. Lots of stuff to do in both Ft. Walton and Destin.

This place was amazing. The location is wow you are literally in the backyard of the beach. The place is super clean very equipped with anything that you need. We enjoy the games it rain for a few hours. Internet was fast. Everything was stocks in the kitchen. Definitely recommended to stay here, great restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring 30A. Jacquelyn was an amazing host - super responsive and so helpful with local recommendations. You can tell she really cares about making your stay special. Such a great find - I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is so much more than what you see in the pictures. Very roomy and peaceful. The ambient lighting and amenities go above and beyond other places. This place is well worth the money! Look no further for your next vacation spot!

What an amazing house for my family and I! We traveled with an 8 year old, 5 year old and 2 1/2 year old for reference. Of course the stairs were extremely popular for my 2 year old. Both rooms are upstairs. Very spacious beds and rooms. Plenty of clean white towels to use, and the washer and dryer came in handy! The house was very clean and organized. Irene messaged me during our stay to make sure everything was ok and asking if we needed anything. She was very sweet, patient with all my questions, and attentive. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. Irene provided a wagon, beach umbrellas and beach towels so that was nice to not pack. The community is very safe and quiet. The only thing to keep mindful of, especially with young kids, is the noise level due to the older neighbors right next door. Luckily at night it wasn’t an issue because my kids were tired, but they also wake up super early! We were all sad to leave and can’t wait to return. We were very lucky to find this place!

Meredith was an awesome host! She was very responsive, descriptive and even gave excellent recommendations. This space felt like home for my family and I and had everything we needed. The home was clean and beautiful just like the pictures. The location was quiet and within 5 minutes to grocery stores and shopping. The beach was a 9 minute walk and had an easy access. 10/10 recommend booking with Meredith!!

The perfect stay for our family of 9! We had four littles with us and I can’t imagine a better stay that close to the beach. We’re already planning our next trip back! Highly recommend!

Chip's place was great! While it's not actually in Rosemary Beach, you are in a good location and having the golf cart was an added bonus. You should know there are restrictions with certain roads and golf carts and several of the surrounding areas you are not allowed to park. With that being said, we loved driving the cart to Seaside and were able to park everywhere around there and at the Santa Clara beach. Chip was really responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. Perfect house for our group of 4.

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!
