Nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a Bremen terraced house in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen & covered balcony. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

It belongs to a barn converted into the studio with large oaks and a lot of green outside. Eig. House entrance, sofa bed (1,40 m), shower room, breakfast terrace overlooking the garden, fireplace (for the transitional period there is an electric heater) Fire bowl, electric grill, Wi-Fi. Rural but culturally very interesting area, near Fischerhude and Worpswede.

Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

The house is located near Worpswede train station, built in 1910 by Heinrich Vogeler. The surroundings are extremely quiet and green. 1 minute away are tennis court, swimming pool, riding club and in 10 to 15 minutes' walk is the Worpswede center with its numerous museums and shops. Here you can enjoy the famous Worpswede nature. Take walks to the Worpswede Mill, to the Hamme or simply stroll through the meadows.
