The beautiful cozy apartment is located opposite the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald there is a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. The garden can also be used. Important it is house number 81!!!! Not as indicated 80!

From the glazed balcony you have an incredibly beautiful view of the ebb and flow of the tide, the island of Neuwerk and the most beautiful sunsets. In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
