Very peaceful and exactly what we wanted.

The cottage was a great place to stay, it was very clean and cosy (especially with the wood fire). There’s plenty to explore outside & the sound of the birds was great.

Helen & Mark’s property was stunning! Really well maintained and looked after! The tiny house was at the back of the property and while easy to get to with the instructions, clear drive way and signage they have created it felt private from the main house with beautiful trees and the clever layout. And while the bed, linen, heating, shower etc were all extremely comfortable, it was no means luxury, but nor was the price! It was extremely clean and we felt very snug and able to relax. The surroundings were excellent with beautiful country side and while only 1 hour ish out of Perth we really felt in the country! The animals were such a bonus! The horses and dogs were so lovely and Helen helped us pat them etc Helen was an absolute delight and we could have chatted to her for hours! Such a beautiful person! Although we loved chatting, she definitely would have left us alone if that’s what we wanted. They never interrupted us or intruded on our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The Villa was just as described, clean and we felt at home. Gorgeous surroundings and the hosts are so lovely and very responsive. 5 🌟 Would definitely stay again.
