We had a wonderful stay is the clean, comfortable, well furnished apartment. The standout feature of this property are the incredible views from two sides of the living area and the balcony to sit watching over the almost private beach as the sunsets. A wonderful place!

A great place to stay in a fantastic location, right by the sea. Dee's flat is comfortable and has everything needed, it's right on the SW Coast Path and central to Ilfracombe shops but very quiet. We parked at Larkstone Lane car park and bought a permit online although we could have parked nearer. The bus links east and west along the coast were great and very handy for walks. Dee was really helpful, especially as we were getting the boat from Lundy so didn't know what time we'd arrive - thanks for a lovely stay!

This is a real gem. The apartment is in great condition, clean, beautifully decorated and well furnished. It had everything we needed. The location is also very good, walkable to the centre of Minehead, but at the quiet end of the seafront. Great views out to sea from the kitchen and dining area. Denise was a very helpful and responsive host. We would definitely come again.

A fabulous apartment in a fantastic location. The place was stylish, very comfortable and oozed quality. Jose was a very responsive, friendly host. The guests I brought had a perfect first stay in Topsham and are already planning their next visit.

Beautiful apartment with the most extraordinary views and within walking distance of the stunning beach. Great car parking space too. We did have some issues whilst staying but these were sorted out whilst we were there following some great communication. Enjoyed the memory foam pillows and Emma Bridgwater crockery making it feel like a home from home

This accommodation exceeded our expectations, my son has visited 2 years ago with his family and said it was good however it was absolutely fabulous. We arrived 2 hours early and were allowed in. The apartment was immaculately clean. It has lovely furnishings, and very well equipped kitchen and living space. The host had left available an array of beach equipment, local information and books. 2 large TV sets and plenty of good quality towels. Excellent value for money and a place we will come again to.

Really lovely apartment fantastic views well stocked with everything you might need. The only con was that the main bedroom didn’t get dark so either take an eye mask or sleep in the other room.

Owlscombe exceeded our expectations. The setting, views & garden are stunning. The property is extremely well equipped & had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There's a large paved patio overlooking the sea, lawned area perfect for garden games & an enchanting 'woodland' style garden. There is a plentiful supply of crockery, glassware & cutlery so we didn't run out of anything before the dishwasher was full (there are two - which helps keep the kitchen free of dirty dishes). We especially appreciated the generous supply of mugs & that there were large mugs (my partner always takes his own when we go away as so many places only have small ones!). The stairgates & high chair we requested were set up ready for our arrival. Our party included a young baby & an 87 year old, so it was important to us to stay somewhere it was a pleasure to spend time rather than just use as a base. Owlscombe was perfect & Stuart couldn't have been more helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

We came as a party of 8 with 2 dogs to celebrate a significant (60th) birthday. Loved the location and breathtaking views. The property contained everything that we needed and was clean and tidy. Sally was a prompt and responsive host with any questions quickly answered. Those with mobility issues may struggle with the location, but it was perfect for us with some great walks nearby and wonderful pubs and restaurants. We would recommend this property.

Edd and Andrea were wonderful hosts, and we enjoyed a fantastic stay at their beautiful holiday cottage. My wife, Emma and I have stayed in many holiday homes over the years, but I feel I can confidently say I never stayed in any that were so thoughtfully decorated and such care given to everything you might need to make the stay special. There were so many extra personal touches that you really see in don't see in other holiday cottages. There are so many to list, but some include a great DVD collection, games, quality soaps, a range of speciality teas and coffees and some lovely welcome gifts. Then, there is the stunning locations and views from every floor over the estuary and Crow Point. Each night, we were treated to an amazing sunset, viewed from the lounge or directly outside the house on the grassy verge. We were just disappointed that work meant we could not stay longer, but we will hopefully return soon. I can wholeheartedly recommend this cottage and the great hosts.

We had six lovely days in Melanie's cottage, the house was spotless and comfortable and she left us all the instructions we needed. The peaceful river is at the bottom of the road, there are lovely walks and lots of good restaurants and cafes to choose from. The station is just a 15 minute walk away so it's very easy to get to other places if you don't have a car.

Hannah and Heath were absolute stars! Can you imagine our embarrassment at turning up a day earlier than we had booked for?! Hannah and Heath came down to their lovely cottage and got it all prepared at speed for us! So kind and incredibly generous considering our blunder. The cottage was well furnished, very clean, and had all mod cons. There were very thoughtful additions of fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and some yummy chocolate treats. We were very comfortable there. The setting is absolutley beautiful and we were told that we could exercise our dog in the field behind the cottage. That was set out with a very large Children's Activity Centre that you might find in a play park. You could access the Tarka Trail via their land, which was great as we did some long walks along it, and stopped for refreshments at the Puffing Billy Cafe. We loved the cottage, it was everything and more! We would certainly like to return again for another stay and explore the area in more depth.

What a beautiful place to stay. Private, beautiful views, easy walks from the house. Very comfortable and easy house. We loved it and can’t wait to come back. Hosts were proactive, friendly and highly responsive. Would recommend Teign Vale to anyone wanting a relaxing break.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Perfect relaxing week Thankyou x

We’ve just got back from Primrose Cottage, we thought it was the most perfect place you can imagine. Nestled in the woods by the river, the cottage was packed with everything you could need for a comfy and luxurious time away. We spent hours swimming in the river, playing games by the fire and generally just having the best time. Thank you Simon and Kat for sharing your little slice of heaven!

What a special place this is. Me and my sister wanted to stay near the harbour as we know the area well, and Julie's apartment was perfect. It has the most wonderful views of the sea from the lounge and kitchen, plus the spectacular coastline from the balcony. As an added bonus the bedrooms look out over the town and harbour. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in and the apartment has everything you need - and some! It's warm, cosy and very clean; also so peaceful and relaxing to be able to sit and just watch the sea. Even though it wasn't warm enough for us to sit out on the balcony, we could still enjoy the amazing views. On the first night we enjoyed our fish and chips from nearby Maddy's and had a lovely meal in Santiago's the second night, which is also close by. It was very difficult to tear ourselves away after our long weekend!

Just got back from a fantastic few days in Woolacombe. Apartment was fab, clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need including buckets and spades for the kids (huge hit) Location could not have been any closer to the beach. Views were insane. Can not fault Chris the host. Very helpful and easy to get hold of. Overall would 100% recommend and we are all looking forward to returning again in the future

the apartment was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. sitting in the lounge looking out to the infinity view of the sea was just stunning. we were fortunate to have the sun setting into the sea every evening. the apartment is located in a great place for exploring Ilfracombe and the wider sites to see around nothing Devon. Marcus was a please to deal with. with great communication. we would highly recommend the Oceanside.

Tom and Nicki's apartment was fabulous, well equipped and with the most fantastic view. Tom and Nicki were easy to contact and made sure we had everything we could possibly want for a relaxing stress free stay. We would love to come back again.

We spent a week in this very pleasant and comfortable apartment. It is well equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. It has a superb view of the bay and is a short walk to the shops and restaurants.

Third stay at The Old Brewhouse. Lovely location right on the water with great views across to Instow. Lovely comfy and practical apartment.

Andrew was very helpful and his home was beautifully presented. Parking is super easy, it's clean, the balcony is great and what I also loved was the equipment for families. I didn't need them as I wasn't with my children. But there was a highchair, kids crockery and cutlery and buckets and spades. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen appliances work great and the welcome package was really appreciated. I would very much recommend Andrew's home for any trip to Bude. it has lovely views of the beach, golf club and cricket ground. you're away from the hussle and bussle, although a five minute walk away from it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This property is exactly as described, in a position of fairly easy access to two lovely coves and a short twenty minute walk to Woolacombe's sandy main beach. On the edge of National Trust land with plenty of walks. The property is well equipped and to a high standard. While we were there we bumped into the owner Stephen who was very friendly and informative directing us to various local restaurants/pubs and places of interest. A must is the Sri lankan curry on Barricane beach, don't forget to take your bottle of wine. Julia the co-host ensured we were kept informed of the check in procedure and that we were happy with our accommodation. This premises fitted out requirements to a T, relaxing location, quiet and good value, we will definitely be recommending it to family and friends.
