The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive. It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

Perfect for families, friends & couples, it offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining/kitchen area & private balcony with partial side sea view. We have 1 parking space & shared onsite facilities of a heated indoor swimming pool/sauna/gym/games room/EV chargers & a hot outdoor shower for post surf or post sandy walk.

The area offers vast countryside walks, woodland, Golf, quad biking and The Tarka trail, popular with cyclists and Hikers alike. After a day exploring, the site offers a truly special place to unwind.

The entrance of Sandpiper Cottage is featured, showcasing a rustic stone facade and classic lantern. A sign proudly displays the name 'Sandpiper Cottage,' while large windows reflect views of the surrounding countryside and landscaped grounds.

Set in the peaceful North Devon countryside, just a few minute’s drive from Woolacombe, our cosy cottage is a place to remember. We’ve included plenty of touches that will make it feel like your home as well as ours. In a quiet corner of beautiful Willingcott Valley’s landscaped grounds, summer guests (June to Sept) can access the heated outdoor swimming pool. Our neighbouring property (Bay Tree Cottage – four doors along), means we can accommodate groups of up to ten (plus two infants).

Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!
