Holly’s place was as expected, functional, easy to get to and cozy

We had an awesome stay, it was a college girls reunion. It poured cats and dogs, but it didn’t matter, cause we sat around and drank tea and knit, and it was awesome. The accommodations were better than pictured, and it was just fantastic.

Was within driving distance of many walking/hiking trails. Very accessible with many amenities, and close to restaurants. Condo was spacious with a spectacular view of the river and loon mountain.

Second time staying, once again nothing short of amazing. Very relaxing and quaint.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Easy in and out for local skiing and a place that can be equally enjoyable in the winter or summer. Would stay again!

This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

Devin’s place was the perfect weekend getaway for my fiancé’s birthday! The cabin was very cozy & cute. Our favorite was the wood burning stove to heat the place! Gorgeous views of the woods behind. It was exactly what we were looking for! I recommend Devin’s place!

Everything was exceptional. Pristine premises with lots of room. Beds were cozy, bathrooms spotless. Everything you could think of was readily available. We did not use the pool and facilities but looked very nice. Easy to find and the property provides ample privacy. Amazing and if in the area would rent again.

Fantastic second stay! Perfect for a climbing trip

Stayed there for two nights, the house was very easy to find nice amount of parking for multiple vehicles. When we got inside the house there was a nice basket of waters cookies and a bottle of wine. Very nice touch. The beds were all comfortable. The hot tub was nice. Overall a great host very easy to communicate with and always answered my messages. Great spot if you have a wedding to go to at the owls nest super close but far enough away to feel like you can relax. Would definitely stay again

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Very nice house with many new appliances and furnishings. We were in town for a wedding at the Owl's Nest Resort (gotta love those outside weddings in the cold rain). The house was about a 5 minute drive from the venue. since we were there for 2 nights, we also went to the Mad River Café for breakfast, a side trip to the Woodstock Inn & Brewery in North Woodstock to sample the adult beverages and to do a little touristy shopping, and lastly the Dam Brewery which is only a mile or so away (very enjoyable people here). The accommodations were great and comfortable and very clean. If in the same area again for any reason, would stay here...much, much better than a hotel.

Cute, very clean and well equipped place! Nicely decorated. Very good location. Quiet and safe.

Great long weekend stay! Location perfect for trail/gravel biking, hiking, waterfall searching, and fly fishing! Perfect for 2…..great views to Doublehead and black mts. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen stocked with essentials, large bathroom w separate jet tub…..and adequate hot water capacity to run it. Recommend highly.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at Becky’s place and we will definitely be back. Everything was just as described. Check-in instructions were very clear and included pictures.

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!

It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

This was the perfect spot to stay if you're looking to explore the Whites! Cozy, clean, and walkable to town.

There was so much to do! The condo was so clean, and had everything we need. Lorraine left us a little welcome package, which was so incredibly thoughtful. The location was perfect. Staying with kids- it was perfect for storyland, the aquarium and santas village. I am already checking dates for next years trip! Thank you Lorraine and Kevin for a fantastic time!
