Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The large deck and open cathedral floor plan provide the comforts of home within view of the White Mountains.

Relax in your own private space in the mountains of New Hampshire! Our renovated apartment is clean, cozy and great for relaxing after a long day of hiking, skiing, or snowmobiling. We have direct access to the snowmobile trails, which are also lovely for walking on in the warmer months. We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.
