Vacation rentals with a patio in Grafton County

We had an awesome stay, it was a college girls reunion. It poured cats and dogs, but it didn’t matter, cause we sat around and drank tea and knit, and it was awesome. The accommodations were better than pictured, and it was just fantastic.

Was within driving distance of many walking/hiking trails. Very accessible with many amenities, and close to restaurants. Condo was spacious with a spectacular view of the river and loon mountain.

Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

Thanks Virginia! This was the perfect stay for my son’s graduation. The location is easy to access Plymouth and Holderness. The apartment had everything I needed and your property is beautiful. Fortunately I did not meet up with any bears at Bear’s Nest.

I was recommended the place to stay by my brother. It was perfect for a short trip, but would be even better for a week stay or long weekend with family. The space was warm, with nice bedrooms and a great living room open to kitchen to hang out in. The kitchen counter is ridiculously beautiful, makes the space feel a little more up north magical. A pleasant surprise was an ability to do a natural cold plunge in the river right outside (far superior to the regular old home plunges in a tub). The location is perfectly centrally located to be close to restaurants, there is a Brewery not too far, but it feels very connected to nature (you can see the woods and river out back. Highly recommend.

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Cindy and Jeanette were wonderful. Jeanette met us in the front when we arrived and helped us navigate to find the entrance. She was so sweet! They were always there if we needed them as well! The location is beautiful and very peaceful. There were so many cute traits of the Airbnb as well. The bedroom was extremely cozy and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was awesome as well. The wooden bathtub was so cool! The decorations throughout were adorable. I would recommend this stay to a friend and would come back again in a heart beat. What a great weekend in NH

Devin’s place was the perfect weekend getaway for my fiancé’s birthday! The cabin was very cozy & cute. Our favorite was the wood burning stove to heat the place! Gorgeous views of the woods behind. It was exactly what we were looking for! I recommend Devin’s place!

We had a wonderful stay! We would absolutely recommend staying here. The house worked well for myself, husband and 4 year old son. There were even a few toys he was able to play with, in addition to a large lawn and a stream near by! There are also very thoughtful touches with amenities to make traveling and staying somewhere more convenient and comfortable.

Stayed there for two nights, the house was very easy to find nice amount of parking for multiple vehicles. When we got inside the house there was a nice basket of waters cookies and a bottle of wine. Very nice touch. The beds were all comfortable. The hot tub was nice. Overall a great host very easy to communicate with and always answered my messages. Great spot if you have a wedding to go to at the owls nest super close but far enough away to feel like you can relax. Would definitely stay again

We absolutely had the best time staying at this home. It was for our wedding weekend and it was very accommodating and clean! Absolutely beautiful lay out as well. We will for sure be back!

We enjoyed our time in NH and having a beautiful place to stay made it that much better. The house was cozy, clean, and filled with everything we needed. The beds were supper comfortable. We enjoyed ending the night making smores at thier propane fire pit. Crystal was attentive and checked in periodically. I would highly recommend The Fall Line Lodge. We look forward to coming back.

Great value for a beautiful spot! Everything was clean, and the home was much larger than we expected. More than enough room for the four of us. We loved going to the river during the day and using the fire pit at night. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

This little condo was perfect! It ticked all the boxes I was looking for. The location was great! Accessibility to hiking trails and tourist attractions was close. The walk down to the river was beautiful! The amenities were perfect! (especially the hot tub after hiking all day!) Plus, I rented another one of Cristyn's condos for my sister for one night and booking 2 different units was still easy to manage. Great response time when we had questions. I will definitely be coming back!

The location was ideal close to great restaurants and the mountain, and very peaceful. I truly felt at home and would 100% stay here again. I stayed for a weekend trip for a trail race. the location was easy to find with ample parking..the check-in instructions were easy to follow. the place was very cute. the bed was very comfortable. kitchen had a lot of basic items for cooking. there is a little plaza in front with a couple restaurants to walk to. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

I can’t say enough positive things: The check in was easy, wonderful communication (even checked in after our first night just to make sure everything was copacetic!), the space was clean, homey, inviting and yet also felt…I don’t know quite how to describe it - cool? Set up was great, the art/aesthetic vibe, even the dishes in the kitchen - just cool. We have stayed at the same building a few times, but this took the cake! The pool and hot tub are always a welcome escape after a day on the mountain (we were skiing, but same for a summer hike) and my son and I had some marathon ping pong games in the great room. There is a small workout space, a pool table, foosball and the condo space was full of games/cards and such that also kept us occupied. They left some helpful instructions and tips on local fare (Gypsy Cafe!) and it was clear from the moment we arrived that Graham and Brent have both a lovely space and care about the folks staying there enjoying their time! Thank you!

Place was perfect for family stay. It was a home away from home for us. Everything was so perfect for every group of our family members. Kids loved the board games and puzzles and enjoyed the stay. Apart from house, location is perfect for many activities in and around town again for all group of family members be it board walk along the lake, fun spot, train ride and pristine drive along lake.

We had a great stay here! It was cozy and clean. It was super convenient having a supermarket and cafe within walking distance. We also enjoyed playing ping pong in the game room! Would definitely love to stay here again whenever we return to the area.
