Vacation rentals with a sauna in Grafton County

Had a great stay here. Lots to do in this area. Hiked flume gorge and had had several really good meals in the area. This room was nice and conveniently located. Only negative was that the hot water seemed to run out kinda quick in the shower.

Was within driving distance of many walking/hiking trails. Very accessible with many amenities, and close to restaurants. Condo was spacious with a spectacular view of the river and loon mountain.

It was as listed, the pool sauna and hot tub were great. Lance was timely with the check in info and even let use check in early.

Nice condo. The downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms are very separate. I’d say you get kids could not stay in the downstairs queen bedroom and it’s not at all in ear shot of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom with shower is on first floor. Half bath is upstairs. Living room is on second floor. TV’s were easy to use. House was clean. It’s not handicap friendly so if that’s an issue I’d choose another place. The condo is down several stairs and decking. There were plants of parking spaces in the lower lot. Heat worked great. Place was cozy.

This place was spacious and fun! The highlight for us was the view and the sound of the river and the birds. It was peaceful and just what we were looking for. Being on the first floor, close to the doors was incredibly convenient. There were luggage carts that helped us get our stuff in quickly and with minimal effort. The place was well stocked with quality towels and dishes, cleaning supplies and extra sheets. All around, it’s a great place to relax for the weekend. We would definitely book again.

I was recommended the place to stay by my brother. It was perfect for a short trip, but would be even better for a week stay or long weekend with family. The space was warm, with nice bedrooms and a great living room open to kitchen to hang out in. The kitchen counter is ridiculously beautiful, makes the space feel a little more up north magical. A pleasant surprise was an ability to do a natural cold plunge in the river right outside (far superior to the regular old home plunges in a tub). The location is perfectly centrally located to be close to restaurants, there is a Brewery not too far, but it feels very connected to nature (you can see the woods and river out back. Highly recommend.

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Nice condo close to Loon Mt. Very adequate for my husband and I with our two adult sons. Walking distance to The Common Man restaurant. Equipped with everything needed for a nice ski weekend.

This was our 3rd time staying in the building so we knew what to expect. This unit was well laid out and well kept. We like the setup for the four of us (our 6 and 9 year old shared the pullout). The building amenities are nice and the location is great. We skied one day at cannon and another at loon. Lots of good dining options nearby.

Alan’s place was perfect for our two families! The condo pool and arcade were a big hit with the kiddos, and we wish we had more time to check out the racquetball courts in the building! Perfect spot for a multi-family getaway to Lincoln.

Place was exactly as described. Beautiful scenery, walkable to many restaurants and had a comfortable bed. We’re already talking about our next trip there.

Cute, very clean and well equipped place! Nicely decorated. Very good location. Quiet and safe.

Our stay was short but the place was awesome. The roaring river out back made the stay. Very clean place. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

The condo is compact but well designed and cozy. The backyard has a great view and we enjoyed watching the birds and chipmunks. The kitchen was decently stocked. Each area had its own thermostat/heater which was nice. Karen was always responsive and helpful.

I have to start off by saying that I was quite impressed by how clean this condo was. It was so inviting with a light smell of cinnamon in the air. I felt like I was at home only better than my actual home. The coziest blankets comfortable bed… an extra place to sleep right under the TV was a great comfortable spot. The appliances and furniture are high-quality and it has everything you could need. We really loved how private it was, and how serene it was to have the view of the mountains and being able to hear the rushing waters with the windows open. Beautiful spacious porch. It was a lovely experience, having coffee out there and enjoying the sites and sounds. The rest of the lodge was very clean and a pleasure to be in also. We enjoyed our time at the pool and hot tub and we will most definitely be coming here again. One night was not enough for us. I just want to thank Jess and Ashley for having such a lovely place that they are sharing with people who will appreciate it.

Marilyn is a wonderful host! She genuinely wants people to enjoy staying in her place and had outstanding communication. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy place to stay in the white mountains!

Great Place to stay if your looking to go skiing at loon. Easy access to the mountain the Bus comes right to the house. The place was clean and had plenty of beds for a big group.

Amazing house, stunning views of the Presidential Range and excellent hosts. Terrific communication with Bretton Woods Vacations throughout our stay. The house was perfect for our family group of six. Lots of room to relax, a beautiful central fireplace, and a perfect tv/pool table room downstairs with a fantastic hot tub outside. The kitchen as amazing and so well appointed, everything a chef could want. I cannot say enough good things about this house. Really a terrific stay.

The layout was perfect, with comfortable bedrooms and a great common area for gathering after a day on the slopes. The location was ideal, offering easy access to the mountain, which made getting to and from skiing a breeze. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy touches that made it feel like home. It was the perfect spot for a memorable family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was exceptional. Pristine premises with lots of room. Beds were cozy, bathrooms spotless. Everything you could think of was readily available. We did not use the pool and facilities but looked very nice. Easy to find and the property provides ample privacy. Amazing and if in the area would rent again.

Fantastic! We had 3 families with kids for a ski vacation and this house was very comfortable for everyone. So much space and lots to do for the kids with pool table, ping pong,, etc. The adults enjoyed the posh sauna. Kitchen was really outfitted with everything you need for mealtime and the layout was well designed.. The photos of the view don’t really capture how grand it is. Finally, Yakov is a great host - very accommodating, friendly and answered any questions quickly and easily. I suppose you could stay closer to the ski areas but the amenities and comfort of this place far outweigh that minor inconvenience and we loved the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks, Yakov, for an awesome stay!

First time at an air b n b and it was a great experience! The rec center is a huge bonus!

We would absolutely stay at this house again. The home itself was gorgeous, as was its bucolic country setting backing onto a pristine natural creek. The kitchen, bedrooms, and other accommodations met all our needs and were accurately described in the listing. We had a group visiting to attend my son's graduation from Dartmouth, and the location was reasonably convenient to Hanover. While the house is not in close proximity to campus, the drive is not particularly long and it is scenic and easily manageable. Barbara, the host, was exceptionally responsive to any queries and very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!
