Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Winter Park

My son and I booked the condo for a late planned ski trip. The condo is very comfortable, clean and modern. It has an adequately stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and spices for those that prefer to cook. It includes a drip coffee maker and a separate bean grinder (I never know what to buy before arriving). There is some ongoing new construction in the area (as of March 2025). I heard some trucks backing up in the morning, but it did not bother us as we were up each morning to ski. Overall, the place is very quiet with very minimal neighbor noise. There is no cable service, so be prepared to stream or cast from your own device using your own accounts. I was able to stream YouTube TV from my phone to the TV. We took the free shuttle service to the resort each day. It’s a quick walk to the bus stop, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. We walked to the area restaurants and shops. Safeway is a quick drive down the street. We would book again.

One of the most well equipped and luxurious stays we've had! There are small touches throughout that make it seem like the host thought through everything we might need. Convenient location in a beautiful place.

We had a amazing stay here at Winter Park. We had 11 family members and didn't feel like we were right ontop of each other with its 3 stories and its open concept. The house had every amenitie that we needed plus some. The views are spectacular in this home which was a added bonus. The house was immaculate upon arrival it looked like nobody had ever lived in it. Tim was very responsive to any questions we had and made staying there just so easy! You wont regret booking this house!!

It was a beautiful home and was perfect for our sisters’ weekend getaway! Other than food, it had everything we needed and we’ve already recommended it to other members of our family! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place right on the river. Caught a few fish and enjoyed the hot tub! The hot tub broke while we were there and they got it quickly fixed so we didn’t miss out! On a Sunday! Don’t miss out on this amazing place!

This place was fantastic! I would recommend staying here if you are going to Winter Park for a ski trip. The location is perfect and you have everything you need within a 1 mile radius. We went to Safeway across the street to buy some local steaks and cooked them on the weber grill. The kitchen was awesome and accommodated us every morning and night. The upstairs patio hot tub was so nice to relax in at the end of each day. Shawna and Steve are the perfect hosts and know how to cater to their guests. I would happily come back and stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time enjoying a mini-getaway at Mandy’s place with our dog. The place was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views. A great place to relax and reset, and super close to the main road in Winter Park. The place was very clean, and the stay overall felt so luxurious. Mandy was friendly and communicative, and made us feel welcome. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

Great place to stay when visiting WinterPark

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely, comfortable basement flat with the beautiful green aspen forest just outside the windows. The neighbourhood is quiet and you can walk to the restaurants and shops of Winter Park or take the bus if you don’t want to drive. The only issue we encountered is that only one of the windows has a screen, so in warm weather, you may end up letting in bugs along with cool air. Apart from that it was perfect!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend spent skiing at Winter Park! The location was great, easy access to the main village and lifts via shuttle, ski in/ski out/ free parking lot with a lift to the village area. We also appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area was at night. The unit itself was spacious for two people and luggage. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the shower had great hot water and good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make breakfasts and quick snacks. Plenty of options for parking outside or in the garage. We especially liked having the option of using the hot tub after a day of skiing to relax. We would definitely stay here again on our next ski trip to Winter Park!

This place was great! Right across the Winter Park resort, literally a 3 min walk across the street to get to the village. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was great too! Very clean and comfortable

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet, peaceful apartment. Comfortable. Cozy. Beautiful river right outside with great outside space to walk around and enjoy the Mountain View. Very nice pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse—all of which were very clean and well kept. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

This was exactly what we were hoping for during our trip - a easy, comfortable place to come back to after a long day of skiing, cook some dinner, relax, and rest for the next day. I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! This trip was for Mom & Dad and the two kiddo's, and was sandwiched between father's day and our anniversary. This spot was perfect! The kitchen was beautifully appointed, with all the tools I needed -including cups & utensils for kids. The kids' room was perfect for them (first time in bunk beds & they loved it!), and the primary bedroom was perfect for us, including an incredibly comfy mattress. In fact, between that mattress and the hot tub, my back hasn't felt this good all year! Altogether the place was great -we settled in easily & it was a great 'base' for our mountain trip. The area around the condo is great for evening walks and bike rides with training wheels, and the location is convenient to lots of mountain fun! We loved driving up to Rocky Mountain National Park, and spent a day kayaking at Grand Lake. Altogether, it was a fantastic trip!

Condo is as advertised - very comfortable and within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We loved our dinners at Denos and Paella. Scott is a great host and very communicative. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here because we love it so much. It’s super convenient to the ski resort, grocery store, restaurants and anything else you might want or need. We stayed with our pups and 5 year old and had a great stay!

Adriana’s place in Fraser was such a gem! Great location, walking distance from coffee shops, breweries and Safeway + a beautiful view of the mountains. The space was a perfect size for us and she was such a hospitable host - definitely a great valley visiting Fraser/Winter park!
