This was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Florida. Clean cozy, lots of amenities and definitely worth the price! Centrally located so it wasn't too far away from food and shopping!!

Absolutely perfect stay for our Orlando parks vacation! Great location and fun waterpark onsite. Plenty of room for our 5 grandchildren with the bunk room and so convenient!

The accommodations are exactly as pictured and was in a perfect location with so many places around. Also, you couldn't ask for a more considerate, friendly and informative host. The recommendations and instructions given were extremely helpful.

Beautiful condo just like the photos! Great host! Easy check in. Very close to Disney World, plenty of shops and restaurants just as described. Will stay again.

Great location to Disney - about 10 minutes about so close enough to get there quickly but far enough away to be outside of the craziness. Clean place, nice beds, great for kids.

Stay was wonderful, close to Disney, and close to airport. Beautiful place to come home to after long hot day at Disney. Pool was great to relax in and home was big enough for 2 families with one child each and grandparents. Quiet bedrooms and fun games room which was a nice touch. Kitchen had all amenities you needed. Private location.

We had such a great time staying at Randy’s place for a short family vacation to Disney! We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the space was PERFECT. Each of our girls had their own room and there were 2 pack-n-plays available for use. There were plenty of towels for using the plunge pool out back (which was pretty warm!) as well as showering. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to make dinner for 1 night and breakfasts on the go. Best of all, Disney was a pretty quick drive, as well as Publix and other stores we needed during our trip. GREAT value for the money for a small group! Randy was super nice and provided very helpful information. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had a very welcoming vibe. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to all things Orlando! One of the highlights was the pool area—it was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs and shaded spots to relax. I really appreciated the clear communication from the host and how easy the check-in process was. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

It was just as advertised: 5 well-appointed bedrooms with 4 en-suite baths, with the 3 junior Master bedrooms on the first floor. We appreciated the heated pool (March is still cool), the large game room in the garage, laundry facilities, and enough linens for everyone. The digital centralized heating-cooling system was also efficient and eco-friendly. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishware, along with a helpful dishwasher, toaster, and induction cooker. The child-safe pool fencing was easy to handle, as was the digital lock at the entrance—fuss-free check-in and check-out. And although we were initially disappointed about the 3-car limit of the community. We would recommend anyone to stay there who needs a nice place to relax, in-between tough days at the theme parks

We just returned from 10 days staying at Michaels home and had an amazing time. there were 6 adults and more than enough space for all. Check in was easy and Michael was in contact throughout. There was a nice welcome gift bag for us and a well stacked coffee bar in the perfect sized kitchen for large groups. There is so much to do from video games to billiards to karaoke and a large comfortable movie room and each room has a tv and full access to Direct TV. Outside the pool and hot tub were where we spent our time as well as playing basketball in the pool and ping pong on the patio. House was very clean and we had not one issue during our entire stay. I will definitely come back to this home again!

We stayed at Laura’s house for 10 days and it was so perfect in many ways for our family of 9 . The layout of kitchen and dining area to the bedrooms all worked out excellent and it felt like home for our entire stay . The back patio has a great setup with a pool , hot tub , barbeque and an outdoor Tv which was a real hit to have the music channels on while enjoying the pool . The house also has a great games room that our kids loved and used daily . The other great amenity’s this house has to offer is it’s only a short walk to the water park that we enjoyed on several days as well as the park which is across the street for the younger kids. Between the location of the house , the house itself and all the amenity’s close by , this combined with Laura’s helpful info and response time makes this a a def 10 out of 10 in our books . We had a wonderful stay at Infiniti Blue at Windsor Hills! The villa was very clean and the owner was super friendly and helpful with any questions that we had along the way. Proximity to the parks was a plus- this being our first time staying off Disney property, the commute was actually manageable (with traffic it was approximately 20 minutes to Hollywood Studios and to Disney Springs). I also really enjoyed having a private pool and hot tub- after lots of walking, soaking in the hot tub and not having to wait for others to leave was wonderful!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Kurt and Elizabeth were very responsive and approachable and gave us plenty of local recommendations. Mickasita is a great value and spacious unit with a short walk to the pool. I especially liked that this resort allows Amazon and grocery deliveries to avoid the chaos of the store.

Had an amazing stay! Alex was super friendly and very responsive. The location was perfect and provided an easy drive to anywhere in Orlando. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Thiago's place, which has a fun Disney themed children's room that the kids loved. We also loved that the kids had their own little table in the living room, which they used allot. Convenient that there are two bathrooms and a kitchen. The resort is nice and very close to the Disney parks, which is perfect if you are visiting the parks. It's also close by to Walmart and gas station. Overall a great stay in a great apartment, very suitable for a family of 4 to 5 people. Would recommend!

We had a great stay here, but the place was not as clean as you would expect. The host was quick to respond about the lack of cleanliness and it was resolved the next day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Booked a last min stay for my family of 6 including 5 yr daughter and 2 yr old son as well as my in laws. The place was overall perfect for us! It was clean, spacious and comfortable; we felt right at home with how well appointed and stocked everything was (probably the most stocked for any place I’ve ever rented). The hosts truly thought of every need a family traveling with children may have! The hosts were kind, friendly and accommodating with allowing us to extend our stay an extra day and also offered a flexible check out so we could enjoy the awesome amenities before heading out. We loved the pool/water park; it was so convenient to be able to order yummy food and drinks for lunch at the pool. The condo was located 15-20 min from Magic Kingdom which easily allowed us to head back from the park each day for a midday nap - perfect timing given the 90+ temps. We were only 20 min from Disney Springs. The Walmart was super close too! Def recommend and will be back for future stays!

Great!!! Vacation home had all the amenities a woman like me love. Plenty of everything from dishes to sheets very clean and comfortable. To say the least just right in the day far as neighborhood activities and quite peaceful and serene at night. Everything imaginable is located right around the corner a big bonus . It Felt like home away from home. Mrs.Mary place was sunshine after the rain Thanks for saving my vacation I will be recommending you to another who wants a fabulous place to stay while on vacation

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property in Orlando! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the essentials to make us feel comfortable and at ease. Lynn was incredibly responsive and always available if we needed anything, which was greatly appreciated. We had a great time at this condo. We stayed for 9 days and had everything we needed. My four year old loved the toys, games, and books that were available. We appreciated all of the pool toys, noodles, and float as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and so much more. We loved being so close to the pool. You also cant get closer to Disney without staying on Disney property. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends.
