This stay was great! We had trouble with the internet and they fixed it right away. The only downside was that the splash pad area wasn’t working and we were told that it would be but we are aware that isn’t the Airbnb’s fault. That is out of their control.

Very responsive host, cozy place for us to enjoy our Florida trip.

Luisana and her team we incredible. The pool and gym were super close. And the grounds were beautiful. It was great waking up looking out over the golf course. We had a service request and within minutes she responded and shortly afterwards the issue was resolved. She even sent us a $20 card to Starbucks to apologize. Upon arrival there were snacks and water awaiting us. We had a great stay and we would definitely return again.

We loved staying at Fonti’s place the host was quick to respond and very nice. The place was just how it was described and came with a beautiful view. We would love to stay here again if in Orlando.

I had a wonderful stay in Kissimmee, Florida! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-kept, and just like the photos. The location was perfect and made getting around easy. It truly added to the overall experience of the trip. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and easy to find. Clean, tidy and lots of space for our family to relax. Our son really enjoyed the gaming area, with endless games of pool. Christian was a great host and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Thiago's place, which has a fun Disney themed children's room that the kids loved. We also loved that the kids had their own little table in the living room, which they used allot. Convenient that there are two bathrooms and a kitchen. The resort is nice and very close to the Disney parks, which is perfect if you are visiting the parks. It's also close by to Walmart and gas station. Overall a great stay in a great apartment, very suitable for a family of 4 to 5 people. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family — clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better if you’re planning to visit Disney, and it’s close to restaurants, stores, and other attractions. We even took a day trip to Cocoa Beach, which was just about an hour away and totally worth it. The clubhouse with the water slides was a great bonus and kept the kids entertained for hours. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and convenient Florida getaway!

Nice, clean place. Well advertised and organized. Lots of little extras like toys for the little ones and extra place settings. Super easy to check in and about a 10 minute drive to Disney (depending on traffic). Great neighborhood with a Walmart right down the street (other shopping and restaurants really close, too). Kids were very excited when we got there. Great vacation!

We had a great experience at Ef and Yimm’s Air BnB. We do stay at a AirBnB’s frequently. There were a few things that we noted that exceeded expectations: 1) nice appliances in the unit (with a working ice maker that was full of ice when we got there). 2) enough laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for multiple loads, 3) resort area was very nice. Kids loved it. The splash pad for little kids is one of better ones I have been to, 4) the house is equipped with everything would need for babies, 5) area was quiet at night, 6) and the master bed was super comfortable. Would definitely come back.

Our family spent a week at Paul’s AIRB&B for our Disney vacation and it was BEYOND worth it! Well above our expectations and the price for it all could not have been any better! Paul went above and beyond what we were expecting to see when we got there. We would GLADLY come back to Disney and stay again at the exact AIRB&B!

Robin was a great host, she communicated well, and was very helpful. The listed pictures were accurate and the condo was clean, the beds were comfortable. The resort amenities were great, theme parks were near the resort, as well as several stores. We were able to see the fireworks from the balcony. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Lenore's place was just what we needed for our last minute trip to Florida. The space was big enough for our large family and we didn't feel cramped. Lenore was a great host, she was attentive to us, and communication was great. The space was clean and not cluttered which we really appreciate since there was so many of us. I look forward to another trip to Florida and we definitely will be booking again. If your unsure about booking this place, BOOK THIS PLACE. You won't regret it!

Clean and comfortable place to stay, close to all the DisneyWorld parks, ranging from 11 to 13 minutes away. Right next the pool, spa and fitness center. The home was comfortable to stay in for a week. My only concern was the pool towels was not enough for our large group. Overall, great communication and being proactive for our arrival and check-out. Enjoyed our stay and loved having the whole home to ourselves with our big group. We all had our own personal bathrooms with no issues.

Charles helped us out by allowing us to book last minute after the first location didn’t work out. He saved our weekend and we are very thankful! The house is spacious and perfect for kids. They loved the game room and pool! Some tips for future guests- There is no coffee provided. If you enjoy morning coffee, you need to bring your own. Also, the house is very warm and you can’t change the temperature. The thermostat is set on 74. We are used to 68-69, so even with fans, we were very hot. Those things aside, this is the perfect Orlando house for families!

This place is brand new - great location and very clean house. The themed rooms for the kids are INSANE; our little one didn't want to leave. The oven/stove didn't work, so plan on eating out if you stay here unless they change that out. The Playstation 5's weren't set up yet either, but we got a great deal so it all evened out 👍🏼

Home was exactly as described. At most 15 minutes to each of the parks, 30min to universal. Had a few communication issues with the host on day of check in for some reason my messages were not received. The management company was a little hard to get a hold of at first but was there as we were checking in and was very responsive from that point forward. In total there were 11 adults during our stay and between phones and kids tablets/iPads the wi-fi was a bit on the slower side, considering the tv ran solely on wifi (just something to keep in mind). Overall would recommend if you’re looking for something comfortable for large groups/close to the parks!

This home is a beautiful getaway near all the parks in Orlando. A large space that can accommodate multiple families, and has great amenities like a pool and theater room. A nice getaway from the busy parts of Orlando where you can come home at night and relax with your family . My most favorite part of the house was the beds! It’s a struggle when you go on vacation and get to a house where they bought cheap mattresses, and you hardly get any sleep because they were so uncomfortable. You will NOT have that problem here. The mattresses, especially in the main bedroom, were so comfortable!!! I slept so well, better than I do in my own house! Do not think twice about this place! If it’s available grab it, you will not regret it!

We had such a great time staying at Michael’s place! Our five teenagers were never bored with all of the fun amenities! The kids had a great time with the karaoke machine, arcade games and outdoor area! My husband and I love coffee, so we really appreciated the coffee bar and supplies that were provided. The house was beautiful and Michael was extremely responsive. We would stay again!

This oasis is the perfect getaway! I don’t even know where to begin with all the great things so I’ll just list them: - Convenient to everything: walking distance to margaritaville pools, and shops at sunset walk and a quick 7min drive to Disney World parks. - Perfect space! Very cozy home with pool and hottub that were so fun to play in. Beds were very comfy. Home had ample space. Easy entry. Lots of bathrooms (4). Free parking right in front of home. - Adam was very responsive to all our messages/needs. We will definitely be back!

Selina was an excellent host. The property was clean and fit us all comfortably. Everything was just how she explained. Selina’s communication was very good and answered any questions I had. We definitely love to visit again. Thank you for allowing our visit.
