Monthly Rentals in Windemere Township

The home is very nice! Each room is great & the backyard is super spacious. We loved the wrap around patio & screened-in porch! Listing is very accurate. The host was very responsive & gave clear instructions. We were grateful to have the amenities such as: canoe, bonfire, sauna, arcade games, & grill. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, seasonings, etc. The home is centrally located & in a great location. It’s far enough from the cities but close enough to Black Bear Casino & Jay Cooke State Park, which we were lucky to visit. The only thing we would add for improvement, is the outside furniture could use some dusting off/rinsing, it was very dusty & there were lots of spider webs. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you.

We (5 ladies), wanted a reasonably priced house on a lake with a pretty view to enjoy a weekend together. That is exactly what we got. The house is very clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Jill is a lovely person and a good comunicator. The only surprise, that was a little bit of a bummer, is the access to the lake is down some steep steps, so if you bring a kayak or canoe, you have to carry it down the steps or let it down the hill and pull it up with a rope. Another option would be to put them in at the public access and paddle across or put them in Sturgeon Lake close by. Both Island Lake and Sturgeon are decent for fishing and paddling. On the plus side, the views from the house are beautiful, and the firepit outside is big with comfy chairs around it. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. David was a phenomenal host and the place was so beautiful and relaxing. David was super friendly and kind and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space and location. Very quiet and peaceful. Extremely clean and great amenities. Excellent communication with quick response to any needs. It’s hard to find a lake place that ticks all the boxes we were looking for on this trip! But we did!
