In addition to the sofa bed, the construction trailer offers a small kitchen and a dining area with a modern TV, radio and of course Internet connection. Sanitary facilities are located in the main house and are about 50 meters away. On the terrace, you can have a wonderful breakfast and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. If you like it more cozy, use the cozy beach chair.

On the upper floor of our house we rent two large Living room-bedroom, spacious kitchen with balcony , bathroom and separate toilet. The sunny, open floor is practically furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The south beach is only a 15-minute drive away. To the beaches in Hooksiel or Horumersiel you can plan the same time. In the immediate vicinity it is possible to rent good bicycles. Great restaurants can be reached on foot. Shopping is great.

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

Very great apartment by Guido, super clean and the beds were a dream. The apartments were huge, everything you needed. Even the little ones were thought of. ( Games, painting things) If "woman" had forgotten something, everything was in stock. Great. We would definitely book the apartment again, quiet location. Our little 3-year-old felt very comfortable and slept well ;-) Guido and Sandra were very friendly and always available.

We had a very nice stay in Bremen! The place was perfect for a city trip and had everything you need. We were very happy about the additional touches, such as the coffee pods. I myself was not in the apartment but my parents. However, they found the stay very good. The apartment is as described. Check-in is actually from 3 pm, since the apartment was not occupied, but my parents could rather go to the apartment. Communication with Simon also worked out very well. All in all, we highly recommend the apartment!

We had a really nice time in the apartment. It is ideal especially for families with children. The property is completely fenced, which gave us as parents a good feeling, and there are great play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The location is pleasantly quiet and secluded – perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. If you are looking for hustle and bustle or shops right outside the door, you are in the wrong place, but in about 10 minutes by car you can reach everything important: supermarkets, a snack bar and other places to go. It was exactly what we needed for us. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time! ☺️

It was as described and we all felt very comfortable. The lockable bicycle shed was also a great advantage for our bikes. The only criticisms are the options available on site to dispose of paper and plastic waste. In addition, having to leave the apartment by 10 a.m. is worth considering the check-in time from 4 p.m. onwards. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to remove the dishwasher due to the program duration.

The central location, private parking and good and modern amenities and very extensive description and arrival information were an absolute plus. The bathrooms are modern, the seating comfortable and the kitchen solidly equipped, everything wonderful. Thank you!

We traveled as a family for 4 days to spend a short vacation on the North Sea. The apartment has the perfect location if you are looking for some peace and quiet but also want to be at the sea super fast. There are also many other possible activities that can be easily reached in the surrounding area. The apartment was clean and very lovingly furnished. Bedding and towels were provided by the host and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to take good care of yourself. You could park perfectly in front of the house. I would recommend the accommodation without hesitation and also go there again. Last but not least, the host was super friendly and easy to reach in case of problems or questions.
