This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

But close to all amenities within a short walk. 3 minutes walk from Nottingham, Trent University. few minutes walk to number one bus stop. that takes you to Trent Bridge the forest, football ground (both 16 mins)and into the city (22 mins). Skylink bus directly to East Midlands airport. Morrisons supermarket is a short walk away 10 mins. Tesco express garage. Our host Natasha was lovely and super helpful. We needed to check in earlier due to early start time of an event we were going to and she accomodated us witholut hesitation. She was very quick to respond and gave very clear instructions. We attended a day festival at the Moderns RFC and this was only a 15 minute walk away so was a good location for us. Natasha's home was beautiful and very clean. Bedding and pillows soft and the room was a good size. We didnt use it but there was an assortment of tea/coffee etc and a kettle provided in the room as well as local info. Thank you Natasha for being a great host :)

The accommodation was in a great part of Nottingham, close to city centre and great pubs and eateries. Parking isn’t great, but we managed to get into an ncp close by. Suggest u download the app in advance, will save u a couple of £. Instructions from host were great, but this is not for anyone who doesn’t like stairs lol. Had a great weekend and I’m sure we will be back.

I absolutely cannot fault Plum‘s place and Plum herself is an absolute delight. I have been staying at Plum‘s when in Nottingham for work for quite a while now and though I am leaving working in Nottingham soon I will make a point to return so I can stay with Plum again. In the most peaceful and beautiful of settings with a room that is exquisitely designed and decorated it is so easy to relax there. The gardens nearby are stunning, and myself and a work colleague met for a G&T and cake as the sun set . Just a five minute walk from Plum‘s Beautiful room too. Also, the welcome is always warm and genuine and Plum is very attentive to the needs of people staying with her. Exactly what hosting on Airbnb should look like. Thank you, Plum and I will definitely see you again soon.

Our stay at Rosemary’s was absolutely fantastic! We stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding at The Carriage Hall. Rosemary very kindly offered us a lift to the venue, saving us the trouble of getting a taxi! Upon arrival, Rosemary was stood outside to welcome us in, with her being the friendliest host I have ever stayed with. She gave us a tour of the space and made sure to let us know where everything was. The space was clean and cosy with a lovely conservatory that catches the sun nicely. The garden is well kept and beautiful with lots of flowers, if we had more time, we would have definitely made more use of this! The morning after, Rosemary very kindly made us a delicious continental breakfast - which was well needed after a busy night celebrating! We had a lovely chat :) Rosemary is a fantastic host and the space is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again! Thanks again Rosemary!
