This private studio space is located on our walkout basement level. You will have your own entry with a covered parking spot just outside the door or in our easy access carport. We are a 15 minute walk to many of the popular businesses on Main Street and there is easy access to I-93 for all the outdoor activities in the White Mountain region. We enjoy welcoming travelers to our town and are happy to field any questions you may have. Otherwise, we are very respectful of our guests' privacy.

This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all. It's like camping but with many more creature comforts. Hot and cold running water and a fantastic hot outdoor shower! The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! Great for kids! It has been renovated with comfortable beds and pillows, new appliances, a toasty pellet stove, a beautiful 75" TV with soundbar and subwoofer for movie nights, ample parking. It's located 9 minutes south of downtown Littleton and 11 minutes north of Cannon Mountain. Whether you're visiting for winter sports, leaf watching, mountaineering, or Polly's Pancakes, we're close to the action.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
