You will love staying at our home nestled in a peaceful country setting. We are Just 5 minutes from I-70, close to the mountains, Red Rocks Amphitheater and 15 mins from downtown Denver. Our favorite feature is the glass room addition where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a movie night with the family. Get cozy around the gas stove. Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Comfy/Clean/Spacious! Close to Denver & Red Rocks!

Rest easy while you’re here - our place is spacious, comfortable, and very clean! We are in a quiet neighborhood near Paramount Park and Crown Hill Park with walking/running/biking trails just a couple of blocks away. Downtown Denver is 17 minutes away. Red Rocks is 21 minutes away. Major ski resorts are roughly 1 hour 20 minutes away. Access to I-70 is 2 miles away and 6th Ave is 3.8 miles away, both of which will take you to the city and mountains.

This was one of the best Air B & B experiences I have had. The host noticed some broken blinds and asked to fix them during our stay. Communicated very well and were no disruption. My Labs are shredding right now, so I brought twin bed sheets to cover the white couch. The solution worked very well and no complaints from the host. I offered a couple suggestions after leaving, just simple things that could help others guests. Not only were they receptive, they liked the ideas enough to make the changes that same day. This will be the place I stay for any future trips to Denver.

Traci was a great host and gave plenty of good food recs! The space is pretty small but perfect if you plan on being out most of the day anyway. It was also clean and easy to access. The neighborhood is gorgeous and there’s plenty to do right within walking and biking distance, all while not feeling dense and loud like downtown.

The house was lovely, clean, and available. I had booked a hotel that ended up being in an unsafe location. I immediately cancelled the hotel, checked airbnb for places available, and Bill's home was at the top of the list. The description included "3 king beds". My sister, my cousin and I were in town for a girl's trip. We had a nice serene and safe stay in the home and neighborhood. The home wad very easy to find, plenty of parking for our vehicles, beautiful kitchen, comfortable living room, large bedrooms with clean fresh linens and towels, and a beautiful bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I only wish we could have stayed longer to try the hot tub and enjoy the backyard. The home is well maintained and I will recommend it and keep it in my favorites for any future trips.

This BnB was perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated all the great art, the lovely plants, and the eclectic collection of books. The sweet back yard was a bonus retreat. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood but is only a block from 38th with two nearby coffee shops and a 7-11. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking, including two drawers of spices (unusual based on my previous BnB stays). We will definitely stay here again when we visit our kids and grandkids!
