Living room downstairs with a sleeper sofa. fully equipped kitchen and a great shower. Lovely private yard with patio furniture. Completely private entrance through the yard. Ample parking right on the street with minimal restrictions (street cleaning only). Professionally managed with access to host & property manager. Happy to help in every way. The guesthouse is in a high-end, quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of LA's Westside. Extremely safe and with ample street parking, it's in walking distance to malls, shops, and restaurants. Ample parking right on the street. Minimal restrictions (street cleaning once a week per side of road). Lots of bus lines within 5-10 minutes walking that can get you to anywhere in LA. About 20 minutes walk to the metro station (light rail to the beach & to downtown). Lots of Ubers within 5 minutes around the clock. This guesthouse is cosy, it is not large (the pictures that were taken by a gifted Airbnb photographer make it look larger than it is.) It is a great space for a couple, and while it can fit up to 5 people, it is a very tight space for 5 adults. It seems to work well for families with kids that want an affordable place to stay in LA, or for 3-5 young people who do not mind crowded accomodation.

The bungalow / back house is separate from our main house with a private entrance through the driveway. Very central location in Los Angeles - about 1 mile west of downtown Culver City. Due to a severe dog allergy in our family, we cannot allow dogs (not even service or support dogs). Smoking anywhere on the property will be subject to a fine. Absolutely no weapons allowed.
