Monthly Rentals in West Prawle

We booked here for Christmas 2024 and had the most magical time. Everything we wanted and more. The cottage was stunning, clean, spacious and cosy. The hosts Andy and Rosie were super helpful and ensured we were happy and settled, before giving us our time as a family to enjoy christmas. anything that could have been a potential issue was pre tempted and covered in their communication (example: finding the cottage). We used the converted loft/attic for our 6 year old twins and they loved it, like a den for them. The cottage amenities included a torch in every room which was a great touch for our little ones finding us in the night or if they needed to use the bathroom in the night. The stairs to the attic are steep so aren't suitable for anyone with difficulty walking or climbing. The garden / driveway offers ample space and our daxies enjoyed the new smells and space. Underfloor heating was a really nice treat and the log burner was beautiful 😍 Overall a Wonderful Stay!

Nicholas & Sameena are fabulous hosts. Super helpful, kind and friendly. We had 6 wonderful nights in The Annexe and were SO comfortable. It was perfect! Our dog Lulu and our teenage kids loved it. Large well equipped kitchen area - great lounging space with 2 big sofas. Wood burning stove which we lit most nights. The kitchen and hall has underfloor heating, so cosy. 2 large shower rooms and the comfiest of beds. Located in a very peaceful green area just minutes from East Prawle and East Portlemouth. We took our bikes and the cycling was great 👍 so much to see and do in the area and the coastline is breathtaking. Highly recommended!

I have nothing negative to say about this place. It was absolutely fantastic, it felt like home from home, well equipped, comfortable beds, clean linen, fully equipped kitchen. I can’t wait to return. Vanessa was extremely helpful and replied to any messages almost straight away. Hoping to return for New Year again this year. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to create amazing memories with our children and dog.

If you are a "good" walker, then you can walk a long way. Unfortunately I am not, but we had the car and drove everywhere. As with a lot of Devon (and we have a large car), the roads to and from the air b&b can be very narrow and bad if there is on coming traffic. This was not an issue for us and worth it. The reviews said cosy, small, so it was a pleasant surprise, that I did not find this. It was ample big enough for 4, even though we only had 3. The views from every window were fab. It was a litlle chilly, but after a text and very fast response, this was rectified. It was very clean, plenty of facilities in the kitchen, even tea/coffee/sugar/salt/ oil etc, but we had our own, but great if you forget. Absolutely have no complaints. (would be nice to have a TV in bedroom, just for the morning news, but not a complaint). Comfortable beds, lovely and quiet. Comfy sofa, fantastic window seat to chill on. Thank you
