In addition, the location is central, conveniently accessible and private. It's a few minutes' walk to the center. However, some caution is advised, the footpaths are narrow and the residents hardly pay attention to children. A little tip is the "Orchidea" restaurant. Upscale Asian food at a very fair price. In general, the city is totally ok in terms of price. Despite the tourist orientation, you never feel ripped off. We had two very nice days. And we felt very welcome.

Use the apartment as a starting point to explore the Harz for a few days. The apartment is in the middle of the old center and is therefore somewhat difficult to reach by car and you are not allowed to park there. Loading and unloading is possible and you can park for free nearby. You will receive clear instructions from Renate about this!
