It is only 4 km as the crow flies to the North Sea. The apartment is 55 square meters and equipped for four people. Our guests can expect a spacious living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed, children's room with two single beds and a shower room.

The historic Bürgermeister Becker-Haus, built 160 years ago, features a red brick facade with arched windows. The building is two stories high, surrounded by well-maintained pathways and greenery. Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

Located directly at the foot of the St. Magnus church, it is only about 1 minute to the market square and the pedestrian zone. The apartment was renovated in summer 2020 and has an open floor plan with modern furnishings and a huge roof terrace. A car parking space is right outside the front door. You share the hallway with the commercial unit on the ground floor.

Means that you will not find a classic holiday apartment, but a private accommodation. Which, of course, is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities.
