You have the beautiful old town (very worthwhile!) not far away, many hiking trails right outside the door, a waterfall and lake, a pizzeria in the house and above all the beautiful World Heritage Site mine right in front of you. You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes).
