Villa vacation rentals in Wellington City

Second time staying here in this lovely character home. Lovely and warm with everything you need for a home away from home and perfectly located for our needs. The beds are warm and comfy also. As regular visitors to Wellington, we would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you Rachael

We are a family of 4 who had just moved to Wellington from overseas. We stayed here for 2.5 months. Place was a great set up. Lovely to live in. Close to things and was a cute little character home. Price was great considering it was a long stay and the owners were so supportive of us. Heating was fantastic. Was definitely our favourite airbnb out of the 4 we stayed in during our wellington time. Best value for money. And it had car parking on site - so important. Could fit 2 cars there!!! Would recommend. Plus they gave us a fold out bed so we could sleep our 2 kids in the second bedroom. Very grateful for this airbnb helping us out whilst we found permanent accommodation!

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

From a host perspective, Huong was very responsive, flexible and accommodating to our needs. We had a group of 10 staying at this location and it was unique and allowed us to stay together for a family wedding. In general, the place was as described. There were a handful of maintenance and cleaning items that could have been improved, but these did not distract from our stay at all. We had a large group and the garbage/recycling was a bit of a challenge without a vehicle the first few days, but we managed that too. The home is distinct and one of a kind, with rich history. The long drive was a great test for us and Uber drivers alike!! The grounds provide its own opportunity to explore and do some hiking and such. The views are incredible. I appreciate the opportunity to stay here. I understand the property remains for sale and look forward to see how this unfolds.

Absolutely spectacular views. Just loved the deck and the wonderful windows. Very spacious and comfortable. Close to the mount vic lookout and the beautiful oriental parade. Terrific hostess. One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Highly recommended

Amazing architecturally designed property with outstanding views. Well worth the stay. Has all the amenities you could ever think of. Will happily stay again!

Sonia was an amazing host and human being!! I felt instantly at home, and she truly cares about her guests! She checked me in, gave me a run-through, and every detail has been accounted for--even the lights that are motion sensored when I had to walk to the restroom in the night! She was friendly and available, and also gave me privacy--the perfect combination. Her home is amazingly located--right outside of the business of the city, but a close drive, about 10 minutes. Close to restaurants, attractions, and the city centre. THE HOT TUB was incredible, as well as the indoor heating when needed! Her decor was amazing, everything was ultra clean, and I felt like family being there! I would 10/10 recommend and would love to stay in Sonia's home again one day!!
