Apartment vacation rentals in Wellington City

I stayed here during my trip from Japan! The room was very clean and in a convenient location. I’d love to stay here again when I come back to Wellington!

Marykate was an excellent host. We arrived early and she went out of her way to meet us and make sure we were comfortable. The place is very cool and very clean. Right in the thick of restaurants and everything we wanted and needed to do in Wellington. We went for a graduation and could not have had a better location. Had a fabulous time!

What a perfect spot. So central yet quiet and beautifully fitted out. The little touches like bathrobes, marshmallows for the hot chocolate and a bikkie for a cuppa were lovely. The added discovery of a cool whiskey bar downstairs (not that you would have known!) was a treat. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous studio, we stayed three nights and enjoyed the peaceful location. Lovely and warm. Close to the city, just a quick drive into town. Highly recommend!

Renee was an awesome host always responded quickly with any questions. Even accommodated early check-in. Space was nice and Cosy bit smaller than expected but ideal for 1 or 2 people.

My wife and I stayed four weeks in this nicely renovated apartment hosted by Dean and Jeff. If only all Airbnbs were presented as well! From the fine linens and cooking/dining accessories to the stylish, comfortable furnishings and abundance of supplies, everything was next level. There was even a towel warmer in the bathroom and under-cabinet kitchen lighting in your choice of colors. The location was absolutely ideal for walking most anywhere or grabbing a bus. While perfectly positioned in the city center, the apartment was also very quiet for sleeping. Our friendly hosts were extremely flexible with checking in and out, which was greatly appreciated by us. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Wellington. Highly recommend. Thank you, Dean and Jeff!

An amazing place to stay in Wellington in a perfect location. Very central with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars around and very close to the museum. It was very clean and tidy. Ohana was very quick to reply to myself with questions and made the check in and out very smooth. Thank you for having us. We will highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed for two nights to enjoy Wellington, and it was the perfect location for getting out and about. clean and secure and well appointed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ramona’s place. It’s a very cozy, tidy and spacious place, it has everything you need. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s a 15 minute drive from city centre and there’s plenty space for parking.

This unit was the perfect spot for our short stay in Wellington. It was a short walk to the inner city with lots of cafés and restaurants to be found. If we wanted to head further out a bus stop wasn't far away either. The unit itself was cozy with a super warm/comfy bed and the kitchen/laundry facilities and bathroom cabinet full of toiletries were appreciated. Mark was responsive when messaged and offered recs we hadn't considered. We'd stay here again for sure.

The room was clean and clean as pictured. There were also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it convenient.I recommend it.

I highly recommend Siobhan's place as a beautiful space to relax and enjoy. Stunning views, all the comforts of home, and more. The well-equipped kitchen, but you are surrounded by fabulous eateries, so you will only need to use the dual oven/microwave to heat up leftovers. The bed and linen give you a quality sleep to embrace your day ahead.

Private space with easy free road parking nearby, ideal for a weekend in Welli. Even more ideal if you working locum shifts at the hospital. The host was friendly, reliable, and offered great local recommendations. The space is compact, as accurately shown in the photos and description, so it might not suit those travelling with lots of luggage. While not the most stylish place, it’s practical, functional, and everything works well. The hot shower was great, and the bed was big, cosy, and very comfortable. Overall, it’s good value for money and has the potential to become a really beautiful space.

Lesleigh and Kevin were excellent hosts. I cannot say enough about their kindness and helpfulness during our stay. From a flexible and nimble check in. To supporting us with needing to have something delivered. I’d highly recommend anyone to stay at this flat. Beyond the hosts being great, the unit is fantastic. Great location. Great vibes. Distance to all the key places is <10 mins.

This place has the Wellington Wow factor! Located high on the hillside in Seatoun, close enough to central Wellington but feels like a completely different world. A novel experience to access the property via cable car, which was magical on a warm, windless evening in the light of a full moon. (If it were raining, cold and windy it might have been less charming!). Great views over the harbour, even while showering! Comfy beds, and quiet and dark for sleeping. Spa a treat. Slight downside was the galley kitchen-cum-laundry, surprisingly adjoining the second bedroom. Fine for a couple of days. Andrew was a friendly host who provided helpful and clear information. Would recommend for a distinctly Wellington experience!

Nice cozy spot in the city. Super clean, great amenities, close to everything & an easy check in would definitely stay again when in Wellington!

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveler. The location is good for getting to the city centre either by bus from the road near the house or about 25 minutes walk steep hill then level walk most of the way. Feng is very helpful. There is a great view from the living room/dining room. The access to the property is down some fairly steep steps which have a hand rail at the side. Was very comfortable here and would stay again.
