Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

Fresh, modern apartment with comfy bed and a spacious enclosed deck that gets sun. Deck chairs to sit outside in. Plenty of on street parking. Short 5min walk to Awarua Street train station and less than 10 mins walk to bus stops and Ngaio village shops. From there an easy 12 mins train travel to central Wellington & stadium.

Enjoy your stay in the lovely suburb of Island Bay, just 5 minutes walk to Island Bay Beach and the lovely south coast of the North Island. Walking distance to shops, cinema, cafes, parks, nature walks,bus. Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away). This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

Close to Wellington CBD and 10 minutes from the airport, this self-contained studio below the main house, is perfect for business travellers or if you are coming to the city for an event or getaway. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

Perched on Melrose hill, this self-contained unit is in a great location in between Wellington Airport and the city, and provides fantastic views overlooking Lyall Bay, and the Airport. Please note we (owners of the property) live on the top floor, above this unit. The unit is up 35 steps from the street, with no accessible access.
