Charming 1941 river cottage with the feel of old Florida , but is updated with modern comforts. The neighborhood quiet and feels secluded, but is just 5 min from major grocery stores and restaurants. The house is located just outside of the Weeki Wachee River( a short 10 min Kayak or Canoe ride.) The front of the house has a large protected wooded area. We have see deer, wild boar, owls and wild turkeys. In the back we have seen otters, turtles, various fish, and of course manatees
