We loved the house! It was so beautiful and peaceful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us.

We could not have asked for a better host or lovely home to meet up with life long friends. The home was beyond well appointed, with all one may need and more. The pool was lovely and surrounding covered lanai with a large dining table and seating area with a large outdoor sectional and a small tv to stay in touch with what’s going on in the world are worth the price alone. The multiple seating areas are perfect for multi generational groups, as are the bedrooms essentially being on two opposite wings of the home is also a nice perk. All and all a beautifully well maintained home, better appointed than 99% of all rentals I’ve stayed in, impeccably clean, with the kindest, responsive, and accommodating host you could wish for. I would certainly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

From checkin to check out, Jon was very polite, and very detailed on what to do and not do. We will be back to visit again. The morning sunrise sitting by the canal and watching the fish jump up out of the water was so calming and relaxing. The hottub felt amazing on my back . It was very homey and cozy. The local people were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The only part I would. hamge would be ro dtay another night. stay safe

Very clean, nicely decorated serene spot overlooking the driving range of a well maintained golf course. Borders wooded natural areas. Excellent spot if you're looking to get away from a lot of people but maintain a high level of amenities. Would stay again

Great place to stay! literally minutes from Weeki Watchi springs which is a great thing because you have to get there early to get in. the place was spacious and comfortable amd doggo friendly. would absolutely stay again. The boat tour and grilling on the island Richard took us to was awesome. Sunset on the water could not be beat. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying here for our first trip to these springs! Being able to step off the back dock onto a Kayak and out into the springs was so much fun.

We came in for a detection dog trial and this place was great! There was some hair in the bathroom under the mat, but honestly it wasn't bad. It looks just like the pictures. It's not fancy or flashy, but it was a nice place to relax with helpful host. AC works great and the water got hot! Would recommend people to stay here. I would stay again if I'm in the area!

We stayed here while in town for my son's wedding. The house was the perfect location. The house had plenty of space for our big group to spread out. It was spotless and better than what we imagined it would be. Beat was a fantastic host and always answered any concerns we had immediately. If in town you need to stay here, you will not regret it!

wow ! beautiful, well maintained home ! the home was clean with lots of natural light. kitchen was well equipped with cooking Utensils. the pool was AMAZING 👏 back yard was full fenced making for lots of Privacy. strongly recommend. the rental agreement was basically the Exact same thing as the airbnb website so no need to be worried. affordable & well wroth it . Melinda was such a pleasure to work with . my family will be returning in sep for another week . plenty of family activities , groceries store and restaurants. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. lots of towels and cleaning supplies. comfortable beds with lauge master. overall 5 stars.

Gorgeous property, my friends and I loved it. They have automatic lights outside that help you find it easily at night and the outdoor cameras are an additonal sense of safety. We were all very impressed with the extras, greeted with a welcome package and plenty of stuff in the kitchen/bedrooms/lanai to make it a home. The beds and sofas are incredibly comforable as well as clean. It was amazing to be able to adjust the temp to our liking being new englanders, definitely our oasis in the summer heat. This place is worth a stay and we will certainly be back!

This house was beautiful!! Looks just like the pictures. Very peaceful and quiet with great views. My husband was able to fish while keeping an eye on my kids swimming in the pool while I watched from the second floor balcony. Saw dolphins swimming by. Caught sea trouts, mangrove snappers and other fishes. Will definitely book again for a relaxing trip in the future.
