we stayed at Thomas place for a short duration but it was a very good experience. Thomas was very helpful at all times. The place is retro style and worth the experience. he provided all the necessary things, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is really good. Overall, the place is very nice.

We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Thanks to Mr. Firoz and his dedication, we felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. And Mr. Pronoy, the host, was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for

The apartment is a true gem! Feels like home away from home. Came with my family and had a wonderful stay waking up to stunning mountain views. The kids enjoyed playing the games and in the pool. The property is clean and well maintained. Convenient self checkin and ample parking space. The property is really safe and hence would recommend for families. The host Sabeesh was also very helpful throughout our stay. Near to many tourist spots. Overall amazing!

A great place at the centre of Wayanad. Easily accessible from all sides. It would be great if you have your vehicle easy to roam around and reach where you want. I had my own vehicle so it was the easiest. Vinodh the manager is the best. Soft spoken and always ready to help any time of the day or night. The location of the airbnb was serene. Great views and well kept place. Apart from the niggles with the bugs during evening time. Stay was peaceful. The helper on site at the property was very helpful and proactive. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

This homestay is located centrally in waynad area . You will enjoy lot of indoor & outdoor activities in Villa itself . Caretaker Akhil will make your trip memorable by staying in constant touch so that you will enjoy holidays hassle free This place is as it's described . This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect — the setting, the view, and especially the pool, which was definitely the highlight for us. Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. A beautiful stay in a beautiful place — would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home! Comfortable stay at a friends place. that's the feeling I carried at the checkout. host family was extremely polite , helpful and simple. beautiful surroundings of coffee plantation and biodiversity made it a perfect relaxing vacation. will come again

While there were a few minor hiccups at the beginning, what really made a difference was the dedication and responsiveness of the caretaker. He handled everything calmly and efficiently, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is great—peaceful yet well-connected to key spots in the city. Whether it was stepping out for local food or exploring nearby beaches and attractions, everything was within easy reach. Thanks to the caretaker’s effort and attitude, we were able to enjoy our time at the property and felt well taken care of. Definitely a good choice for a short getaway in Calicut!

Amazing place to stay in the harmony with the earth. This place is very close to Banasura Sagar Dam around 10 mins away. It is advisable to have your own vehicle if you plan to visit multiple places. Some advisory. 1) Owner is amazing host and provides great breakfast and Dinner on chargeable basis. Food is 10/10. 2) Rooms and toilets are very clean 10/10 3) Carry your own toiletries is must. 4) There are plates and vessels in the house and you can also cook your own food. (You will have tonclean your own plates) 5) House does not have an AC and you don't even need as it generally pleasant all the time. 6) Owner is from wayanad & amazing person and also guides you well what to visit. 7) You are staying away from the city and hence please carry required things before you reach location. Overall it's 10 / 10 place.

The place is located in a very pristine place amidst the hills, Deepu is super helpful in terms of local recommendations or any help needed, he's an amazing host. The place is perfect for a vacation with 3-4 people, highly recommended place if you're in wayanad

we had a very nice and comfortable stay at Franklin's place. the stay was in middle of tea estates and around an hour away from other spots. Frank was very responsive host and helped us out with planning our itinerary to getting local transport when we needed. Thanks a lot for all the help Frank,we had wonderful vacation. :)

Chilled host and a balanced stay, gets a bit noisy in the night. Overall pretty good experience.
