We really enjoyed our stay at Swastha Property. The location of this property is really good and the host was really friendly and helped us in planing our itinerary as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had big outdoor area as well and a big dining space under and everything was kept clean and tidy. They even arranged homemade food for us and it was really good . The commute from the place to all the tourist destination was also easy as it was almost in the mid point of wayanad. The property had couple of outdoor and indoor activities and the kids really enjoyed it . Do check out their local recommendation as well, good for an evening walk through paddy fields and few lakes near by . We would highly recommend this place for someone who is looking for a good and clean stay in wayanad . A big shout out to the host and the caretakers for helping us throughout the stay .

I traveled with my family for a chill weekend and it was the perfect getaway. Amazing place with delicious food and such a warm and welcoming staff. We had booked the villa since it was the whole family. It has 4 bedrooms and a huge living room and a balcony. It is in the middle of nature and the weather was perfect. The swimming pool has an amazing view and we couldn’t get enough of it! There is a tt table, badminton rackets, carrom board and darts also. The staff are very helpful and warm. The care taker Prashob was so responsive and accommodative. We felt right at home. Definitely recommend the place.

We Visited the Place for a short stay of 2 Nights. The Villa is located in an exotic location surrounded by greenery of tea garden and mountain ranges around the property. The Host Pavithra and her team were cordial to help us and helped us with our needs during our stay. The Place might be slightly far from major View points in Wayanad, but offers a perfect getaway into serene natural beauty of Kerala.

We were a group of 4 friends traveling from Bangalore, looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway—and Shyam's place delivered just that. The property is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a variety of fruit and flower trees, which made the environment feel serene and refreshing. One of the highlights of our stay was the food—Shyam arranged delicious home-cooked meals for us. We especially loved the chicken kadai and biryani; both were absolutely mouth-watering! The location is great too, with many tourist spots nearby. Banasura Sagar Dam is just a short drive away and offers a beautiful walking trail around the dam. For adventure lovers, there’s a zipline at both Banasura and Karapuzha dams, but we found the one at Karapuzha to be more thrilling. Overall, a wonderful stay—we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat in Wayanad!

Fantastic location and clean rooms. The swimming pool was well maintained with constant cleaning and filteration. The location is what makes this place fantastic, Only point being, the kitchen wasn't clean enough, but it didn't matter as we never had any intention to cook or make anything. Looking forward to visit again.

It was a nice stay…but i think they should provide more blankets for the guests. There was only one medium sized blanket in each room when we stayed. Other than that everything else was good.

We had an amazing time staying at Nikhil's place. It had quiet and peaceful surroundings, full of nature all around. The rooms were quite spacious and well equipped, with several extra mattresses provided as well along with television with home theatre. There was immense space outside the house as well for relaxing in nature or bonfire etc. Nikhil was an amazing host. He always helped us whenever we had any issues/queries regarding our trip. He even designed an itinerary for us. Highly recommended!

Good place to stay

A wonderful property worth every penny you paid for .. private space and a lot to see and walk which is pretty .. a wonderful choice if you want to cut off from the busy and crowded life to a peaceful space that emphasis on nature .. the care taker and the services provided are top class

The place in middle of plantations and off road. The place is perfect for a group of 5-6. All the games, clean rooms and along with the stream. Ashique our host was wonderful. He started coordinating the moment we booked the stay. He waited for us even when we were too late. He also took us to jeep safari and awesome locations.

Must Visit Home Away from Home in Wayanad Mr. Johny has been our guide since Day 0, even before we reached here. We had a weird list of 'Things to do' and Mr. Johny made it happen for us. From excellent communication to always being accessible for anything & everything, he has been the most amazing host. A must stay option for those who want to soak in nature. Peacocks around the house, a cute little cat (neighbour's cat) made us feel extra special. A trained eye can detect the perfection in blending of natural building elements to modernity. Mrs. Rose is the backbone of 'welcome & warmth' of this place. Special mention to her delectable Kerala cuisine served everyday for breakfast. Loved staying here with Mr. Johny & Mrs. Rose.

The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts of a home away from home. The highlight of the property is the stunning pool, filled with natural mountain water, designed to resemble an infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mountain backdrop on one side and lush greenery on the other — it’s pure serenity. Another standout was the food, lovingly prepared by Jojy’s wife. It was truly next-level delicious, wholesome, and some of the best homely meals we've had on a trip. Every dish was made with care and tasted like it came straight from the heart. highly recommend.
