Slap bang in the middle of Stratford, less than a ten minute walk to the RSC !!! Great check in arrangements, clear directions and lightning quick responses from Emily. Secure private parking, very helpful to have a lift in the building for transferring luggage. Apartment spotlessly clean. Nicely equipped kitchen with dishwasher and freezer. Lovely shower and bath. Very comfy bed. Considering we were in the middle of town, very quiet and we slept really well. We're hoping Emily has room for us on our next Stratford trip !!!

Betwixt is a beautiful presented self contained stay. It was all on 1 level, ideal for my limited mobility. Everything was as described and it was immaculate. The room was cool and peaceful. The communication we received was excellent and the directions were clear. We highly recommend it and will certainly return.

Check in was very easy with the key safe located by the gate, and Karl gave clear and precise instructions on how to enter. Accommodation is very quiet, and peaceful with a nice little yard area with a table to eat outside if the weather is nice (which I did!) After a long day Karl’s place was very comfortable, and the bed was even better - top marks Train station and local shops are very close by and within easy walking distance. A great stay, I thoroughly enjoyed it

This place is near to shops and amenities but yet quiet enough. The house is very comfortable and was a perfect restful night for us after a long haul and a drive.

This place was everything we needed - but better. Monica and Phillip were perfect hosts. There was cheese and ham in the fridge and for breakfast delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt. We had use of a beautiful sunny garden and the flat was spacious and well equipped. I would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Monica, we loved staying at your place.

Everything is great except from noise at night and stairs that’s a bit hard for heavy luggage. Overall great experience

A comfortable and relaxing stay in a spacious apartment. Wonderful to look out over the beautiful garden. Strong wi-fi and on-site parking. Such a peaceful location yet just a few minutes drive into Warwick or Leamington. Martin the host was always quick to respond to any questions that I had.

Great location for visiting the area. We stayed whist visiting family nearby. Jonathan’s place had everything you could need for a short stay and the nearby pub - The Bulls Head served super Thai food. The apartment was neat and tidy, overlooking lovely gardens. Jonathan was a great host, welcoming and friendly.

Very relaxed stay in a quiet; but easily accessible part of Chipping Norton - we will probably stay again if Samantha will have us.

This is a lovely apartment, right in the heart of everything in Cheltenham. Exactly as described and you see in the pictures, tasteful decor, comfortable beds and linen, and with a great kitchen, dining and lounge space in a room with lovely high ceilings. A short walk from Montpellier’s bars and restaurants, or the cafes and shops of the Promenade, this is precisely where you want to be located when visiting this area. Ian’s a thoughtful host, with great communication throughout.

An excellent conversion of a former agricultural building, done to a very high standard. Inside the property was more spacious than the photos indicated. Everything was spotlessly clean. A lot of attention had gone into the details, both internally and externally. Private parking right outside. The owner called round on arrival to check if I wanted any assistance, such as how to work the TV. He was welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. The courtyard setting was pleasant and secluded. The village centre was just 5 minutes walk. It had a decent range of facilities including two pubs serving food , takeaway, cafe and 2 little convenience stores. Footpaths, bridleways and cycleways ran from the lane right outside the main gateway. Plenty of interesting places to visit within a 10 mile radius. Pets were admired and fully catered for (always a winner with doting owners!). Extra homely touches gave the stay just that little edge over others. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic location Amanda text whilst we were there to make sure everything was okay. We took our dog and she made things very comfortable for him. Definitely recommend this apartment and area.

Charles always responds and place is clean well kept and really nice place to relax.

Well what can we say Marks place was fabulous, so inviting with the wonderful 4 poster which I have to say we’ve had the best sleep in ages 😜 the bathroom was fabulous with a brilliant shower and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco waiting for us ❤️ his communication was excellent and great list of ideas of places to visit, absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend it

Attractive clean property with parking outside, which is a plus in Lichfield, would recommend.

Approached Sophie place after a last minute decision to stay over night, ready to collect a vehicle the next day. Enquiry made at 6pm, response had within 5 mins and booking was made shortly after. We traveled up, check in around 9pm and had a stress free overnight stay with our little boy and two dogs. Flat 2 was well equipped, spacious and pleasant to spend the evening/ morning. Sophie’s instructions and communication was clear and responsive - can easily recommend! thanks!

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Clare is a great host and made herself available to us completely. The apartment is lovely and situated in a separate part of the home and is very private and has beautiful views over the incredible gardens and grounds. Stunning. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to visit Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa, each literally 10-20 mins away. Beautiful historic Area that must be visited. The penthouse apartment is large with a perfect kitchen/living area, with all the amenities you could need. A nice big Tv and comfy sofa. It has 2 bathrooms and it really feels like a home from home, especially as Clare generously supplies teas, coffee homemade marmalade and delicious granola! We found fresh milk bread and butter in the fridge, which was also a nice touch. We loved our stay and would come again. Thank you Clare.

Really lovely stay in this apartment. Location was perfect for getting into the city along with parking. Hosts instructions were very clear and the listing was exactly as posted.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

Our recent stay in Evesham was absolutely delightful. The Airbnb was warm, inviting, and set in a quiet location that made it easy to unwind. It had all the essentials, was nicely maintained, and made for a great base to explore the Cotswolds. We especially appreciated how peaceful the surroundings were—perfect for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The host was helpful and responsive throughout.
