Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Warkworth

We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

Really pleased with our stay here. The home is wonderfully tidy and furnished nicely. The surroundings were peaceful and felt quite private. I appreciated all the nice hosting touches on top of the amenities provided (excellent quality towels, tissues and toilet paper etc), these are small things but it all makes a big difference to the stay. It was great being able to enjoy a nice sunset from the spa outside. Communication from Vicki was friendly, easy and effective.

Such a beautiful, serene spot. Absolutely perfect for our group of ladies. Plenty of space, stunning, modern and comfortable interior. Being able to sit out on the deck with the gorgeous view was incredible, as was the hot tub. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, it was just what we needed and 100% would return and recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mangawhai Trap House! The home was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed baking marshmallows and pizza in the outdoor pizza grill. It was such a fun experience for the whole family. The kids already miss the place! Everything was smooth and easy, and we’d definitely love to come back. Thanks so much for having us!

Great spot for a weekend getaway in the countryside!!

Would 100% stay again. Very friendly and welcoming. Clean and tidy. Was a nice weekend away for a break from reality. The Russel’s were always quick to reply, answered all questions and were very helpful .

I think it's even better than the photos, it's beautiful. Big, well styled, view really expansive, lots of lovely planting. Spa pool is perfection. We really loved our stay and would love to come back with our kids or friends.

This is a lovely home, beautifully decorated, with any amenity you could want or need. We enjoyed our time here very much. However, the airbnb posting is not completely accurate. The tenant lives in the same building, underneath the living room and his music and movements are often heard. This was not a deal breaker for us but should be made clear.

We really enjoyed our stay. Carina went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Enjoyed the little touches, well stocked kitchen, games. Highlight was watching the stars whilst enjoying the warmth of the spa pool. Thank you Carina for letting us into your home. Whangamateau is a beautiful area, with many little walks to enjoy.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful Gill's home is. The surroundings are so beautiful, short drive into town where you can find everything your looking for. Gill is such a wonderful and kind host, if you have a chance to visit her home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for making my son's wedding so special, so lucky to have met such a amazing woman.

The house is situated on top of a hill with a breathtaking view. Our families of 10 adults and 4 children spent four nights at the lodge. The house is like maze. Plenty of space for everyone. It's clean, fresh linen and towels and reliable wifi. The kitchen is very well equipped to cater for large groups. The outdoor BBQ and pizza oven were a bonus. Plenty of things for the kids too i.e. trampoline, table tennis, throwing darts and toys. Great communication from the host Daniel. He sent clear and easy to follow instructions a few days before our arrival. We want to go back again and would definitely recommend this place.

The cottage is beautiful, private & serene. The landscaping, views and indoor and outdoor furnishings complement the look and feel and you can’t help but appreciate the space and the environment. It’s clean, the kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. There are shops only a few mins drive up the road but you really do think and feel like you are secluded from hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this place to a couple looking for a private getaway or someone looking to unwind. Thank you Nicky and family

Such a beautiful property. Was the perfect place for our wedding party to get ready for the day and to take some amazing pictures in the garden. Just a few smaller details would have been nice like having tea towels or another sheet set for the roll out bed, but very minor.

Thank You Daisy for an amazing stay, and making my husbands surprise 50th Birthday a huge success. The home is gorgeous and amenities were fantastic. Daisy was so helpful and accommodating to my requests to make the day go smoothly. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking again for Family functions.

This house is absolutely stunning. It sits on a private beach with magnificent sea views and a big deck looking out over the ocean. It’s surrounded by native bush, loads of birds and a feeling of privacy & serenity. The ocean-facing doors and windows all open up so it has a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow. There’s a lovely hot tub with a sea view too! Downstairs, there are the living spaces and upstairs, the bedrooms. The bedrooms are lovely - three large rooms with double (maybe queen or king??) beds, as well as two ‘kids rooms’ with twin beds and/or bunks. Two of the larger double rooms have private balconies & ensuites. It’s a beautiful & delightful house. Very well appointed. Perfect for a larger group, close to Matakana, Omaha and all of the lovely things to do there. We’ll be back! We had a fabulous stay at Pinki’s cabin! The sunsets were AMAZING and the tranquility of the location something special. Great place from which to explore Karekare and piha as well as just relax on the deck. The cabin was perfectly set up for 2 people. Outdoor shower a real plus too. Only thing I would do differently next time would be to bring some mosquito coils and/or plug-in diffuser to help keep the bugs out of the cabin in the evening. And, if the weather is forecasted to be warm overnight, an electric fan. We would highly recommend Pinki’s place for your next stay!

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay here at Mick’s, it was serene and private with beautiful views of the hills and bush. The hot tub was to die for and I have had so many people asking me where this beautiful kitchen was! Lovely lovely stay, will definitely be back and a few of my friends are already planning to stay here hehe

This honestly has been my very best BnB experience. Stunning location, beautifully positioned, warm cozy accommodation, great outdoor area and incredible views. Hosts were like friends I’d not met before. They showed and detailed the area from a locals perspective. So tentative and genuine. I’ll definitely be returning…

I had the most incredible weekend stay at Mahina Treehouse in Mangawhai. The space is absolutely stunning and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect escape to explore Mangawhai. The entire space felt so peaceful and private also great to have the Pizza Oven and Spa. Kiki was a wonderful host — clear communication and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We enjoyed the stay very much w the serene private backyard & outdoor bath. Great access to the township & local pub just a stroll out the backgate! Highly recommend!

Idyllic little setting, beautiful place surrounded by nature. Walk into onetangi or up and along the footpath to the Heke, Postage Stamp and Tanatalus. Hut was perfect, loved the climb up to the bed and window looking out into the trees. Hot tub was such a treat, and there’s a gas bbq. Everything you need, would highly recommend! Hosts were communicative, really accommodating and flexible.

Stunning views and a spa - what more do you need! We had the best time here and hope to be back soon
